My works involved a loft conversion, extension and full interior refurbishment.

Vitali and his team are a joy to work with. Punctual, professional and friendly. They finished the job ahead of schedule and kept me informed every stage of the way. What I expected was going to be a stressful and turbulent project became a smooth and efficient project.

I will be using them again and will be recommending them to others also.

We were recommended Vitaly and team (VIP) by a friend of the family and it’s safe to say he did not disappoint. He and his team (Max / Marcin in particular) have worked at our property over the last five months renovating across the following areas; demolition, rebuilding walls, plaster boarding, plastering, plumbing, kitchen installation, bathroom installation, ceiling levelling, tiling, door frames and layout reconfiguration.
Throughout the process Vitaly has not only been kind and generous with his time (we are total beginners and no question was ever too much trouble to answer). Vitaly even went as far as to help guide us / give us suggestions on other areas of the house despite them not falling to him and his team.
Over the last 5 months, Vitaly has completed exceptional work to the highest standards. We would strongly recommend him and will be using him again for our future extensions.
(His wife is also a highly skilled pastry chef and I’d recommend buying a pistachio macaron or ten)

VIP Constructions Services constructed my loft extension and I am very happy with the end result. It was a pleasure working with the team, they listened and implemented my preference giving me the look and finish I wanted. I found them friendly, honest and professional. Having any kind of work done to one’s home can be stressful and disruptive but the VIP team made it that much easier, it was lovely having them in my home and we all missed them when they had gone. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used VIP Construction twice and Vitaly and the team both times have been amazing.
I had my loft converted with a dormer and side extention at my in laws- throughout the process it has been a hassle free experience. I like that Vitaly at the start of the process has a contract which clearly states the process and total cost. The payments are then broken into instalements based on work completion in stages, with the final payment after the work is completing- which gives such reassuarance that any outstanding issues are resolved. Vitaly is friendly and approachable and clearly knows what building reg requires and the work completed is at a high standard. Would recommend
