Definitely a company you can fully trust. High quality items with fast service. They are professional and items do feel premium and look great. It is absolutely true you can live in the items go into water and not take them off and they still look good with no tarnishing and are totally hypoallergenic. They have lovely packaging too with a secure checkout and smooth transaction.

It was fantastic on however so fast it only had to take too get it delivered. The price was also brilliant by not having to be trying too getting hold of everyone's cash at high prices. The offer was brilliant awesome amazing excellent superb astonishing outstanding marvellous. The more you keep it up the more amounts of customers you'll always be getting. Keep It up.

I have now purchased several items from this company. To be honest I was a bit dubious as not everything described on online shopping turns out to be the truth. However I was happily surprised by not only the quality of the item, the beautiful packaging and also value for money. I immediately went back online and ordered a complete necklace and matching bracelet as a special birthday present. This arrived quickly and was even more stunning than the pictures. I then decided to treat myself as I have fallen in love with the gorgeous jewellery from Virage. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful 5mm Cuban link bracelet which I love. I highly recommend Virage. You honestly won't be disappointed.

Great value and good service will definitely order again

I ordered a Figaro Bracelet Silver 5mm but received an item with a different clasp and different emblem (I wanted a V and instead got Virage text).

Customer service basically told me too bad, they updated the design and I received a newer one than what was pictured. Normal companies don't operate like that. I won't be shopping there again.

Fast delivery, outstanding service, great communication, the product was a bracelet and chain, worn for everyday use, still bright, shining, awesome.

The same as others I was sceptical about buying something that is not solid gold. It came promptly and without any problems, and is a truly beautiful bracelet. It is an 18th birthday present for my granddaughter in July

I was somewhat dubious about buying anything other than solid gold jewellery but sometimes you have to look outside the box if the other is out of reach under the current financial constraints which most of us is feeling. I decided to give Virage a go as their reviews are the best ones to go by and their Gold jewellery doesn't look as cheap and shiny as the rest of the market. So I ordered a bracelet for myself and Well a stunning bit of bling which far exceeded my expectations turned up less than 48 hours after ordering it. I have to say that I already have two gold bracelets and this looks more authentic than the others do. Its a great weight with a really solid fastener and looks the dogs doodoos without looking at all fake or in your face. I chose to get the Franco design because it's not the usual Cuban which everyone else seems to have. I'm now waiting for the matching chain to become available which I'll snap up. I ordered a chain for her almightiness but didn't realise it was out of stock. Within minutes I had an email explaining that it would be available in a couple of weeks. That was on a Sunday evening. Unfortunately I couldn't wait so asked for the order to be changed to a different design. Without any hassle whatsoever it was done and in the post first class which should be here tomorrow. Really looking forward to seeing it and getting a reaction when I tell her it's plated as she'll never believe it and I'm sure delighted with it.
I can't express enough what a great company this is from excellent customer services, brilliant and very fast postage to beautiful second to none jewellery at a price unbeatable for the quality of the product they supply... You can look around and find what you need elsewhere but you'd be totally bonkers not to choose Virage and be certain that you're getting the best for your money which is unbelievable considering the quality of the jewellery they supply.....

I was very skeptical of this but asked questions and was answered promptly so I ordered.
All I can say is WOW .... I received my Bracelet and it is stunning. I have worn this constantly, been on holiday, been in the Sea, used Sun Lotions, Showered, used Daily Sun Creams and it looks just like the day I received it. Highly recommend 👌 I will be ordering more for sure.

Absolutely love this ring 😍 Looks so classy and honestly could pass for real gold. Been wearing it loads and it doesn’t irritate my skin or turn my finger green like some cheap rings do. Really impressed with the quality for the price — another great item from Virage ❤️

Amazing company I was ABIT sceptical at first but I am pleased to say that they are no joke virage are not only amazing craftsman but they also back it with impeccable customer experience and service. Id highly recommend that if your looking for amazing quality at a fraction of the price virage is where it's at.

Update to my original review.
Changes to the return policy now include been allowed to opening the packaging and trying items on for fit etc.
My original review were for the old terms where it clearly stated Unworn for returns and no extra terms saying you could try on, real shame I could not try on now as I followed the original terms.
Have updated my original 2 star review to 4 stars as the terms change is very positive, delivery was quick and communication on my returned items spot on, just waiting for the refund now.

Delivery times were excellent and chain and bracelet set arrived in good time.
Was a little worried over the colour after a quick look before work and was looking forward to seeing how it looked when wearing it. (Colour is very bright and a strong yellow looking very much different from my genuine 9ct bracelets and genuine 9ct gold rings).
It may be because my own jewellery is a little old and worn as it is stated to be plated in 18ct gold and the shine is brilliant, just the yellow screams fake at you.

While at work I checked the return policy on the off chance I wasn't truly happy with the colour and was shocked to see some terms I feel are most likely unlawful under UK Consumer Regulations.

Returned items must be unworn so you can't even open the packaging (shrink wrapped) and try the bracelet/Chain on to see how it looks on you, how it feels on and how it wears on you the individual.
Ridiculous terms and I started a return immediately.

Returns were pretty easy and simple, a few options on your reason for return and a quick printable return label at a reasonable price for royal mail tracked.

Disappointing experience, really didn't want to pay out over 3k for genuine gold pieces for up coming holiday so this was an option I was willing to try, real shame you were only able to look at the items in the genuine wrappings.
I have given 2 stars for the quick ordering online and quick shipping.
Stars removed due to the return policy which cripples the customer in making a genuine decision on the quality of the items.

Excellent quality and weight of the chain. Website is very easy to order from and the delivery was fast.
