Scammers, don't work with them or "sell" then your rights!!!

many of the five-star reviews for this Viralsnare are fraudulent. After submitting one of my instagram videos through a provided link—under the impression I was granting licensing rights—I received no money, no credit, no follow-up communication, confirmation emails, or copies of any agreements. Additionally, the Instagram account that initially contacted me has deleted his account. when i tried to contact them, i recieved no replies and they even copyrighted a similar video of mine on youtube and my video got takedown. I think they scam like this to lot of people.

I never imagined that a simple TikTok video of a goose chasing my kid would earn me $900 but ViralSnare made it happen! When they first reached out, I was skeptical. It honestly sounded too good to be true. They said they could monetize and protect my video from unauthorized use, which felt like a big promise. But after receiving my first payment, I was completely reassured. Since then, I have sent them two more videos and I am hoping they could work their magic again. Super happy with the experience. Oh man what a scam it is. Since the moment they get the video, they disappear. Well my video is still not in the library, I got all the evidence and send a few letters with a request to cancel the submission. And I have a full right to demand it.

The funniest thing is their childish pdf of terms. For example: the submission is for life, you can't cancel it in any way XD. Yeah, well you are violating my country constitution (the main document of human rights in my country) with this point, so I am feeling very calm, because the letters are written, my video is not uploaded, they won't get any material loss and it is their problem not seeing my request. Since I very clearly declared about canceling the permission, I am free to use my video in whatever way I want and I will sell it to anyone I want.

Just do some research and you will see how funny this is. Everyone has an ability to change their mind, especially, then you don't get any confirmation.

I licensed my content with ViralSnare a few years ago, and recently received an email informing me that one of my videos from five years ago had generated over $5,000. After about two weeks, I was asked to complete a quick registration on their payment platform, and I’m happy to share that the funds have now reached my account. I’m truly impressed with how ViralSnare helped me monetize a simple home video. I fully vouch for them!

So I’m going to write my most honest review of what I been through with this company .

Back in 2021 I was contacted through my dog instagram by this company to send them my dog video . I was told I would get paid for my video . They didn’t want my copyrights on my video ( which your suppose to have your copyright on everything that is yours in the entertainment business, any entertainment lawyer will tell you this, which was told to me after by a lawyer , they said never send anything with out your copyright , a legit company will not ask for your copyrights off ) I was told viral snare person they promote it to media companies. Though no idea how I would know if they promoted it or didn’t . I wasn’t told they post it on YouTube, which they did .

So 3 years ago April 2022 I posted a whole negative review stating this company was a scam . I never received money for my video. My video was put on YouTube . That I never heard from them. There are many negative reviews on here about this company .

Now fast fw Feb 2025 3 years later I got contacted from Emma who saw my trust pilot review. She got my email from trust pilot. Which I contacted trust pilot they said to me they don’t give out emails and privacy information . Which she contacted me saying they will send me an advance of $100 . So I’m thinking great finally only took over 3 years and all because I posted negative reviews . So if I never posted negative reviews stating this company was a scam I doubt I hear from them still . Especially since they got my email from Trustpilot and they weren’t emailing on the email I used in 2021 to send them the video .

So she contacted me close to mid feb around 19-22 2025 telling me ok I’ll set it up someone else will send you the info through tiltipa payments . So create music group sends the site . I can’t log on . Send me link again after I’m sending them emails again telling them their all scam . Finally I get an account . Then I go through stress where is my payment . It was showing March 3 which I didn’t have an account till March 7 so my payment kept saying deferred . So I’m emailing back and forth with create music group and Emma I got nothing . Then I'm told my create music group the supervisor will get in touch with me which didn’t . Then I'm told payment are only Friday . Friday comes and goes I got nothing once again I’m emailing back and forth . It got to the point create music group told me to stop emailing them that I’ll get the payment the following Friday .

So viral snare , create music group and other companies they call themselves it’s all one company working together with different names. Look them up there all at the same address in Los Angeles. So I was even more suspicious.

So on a positive note Emma did keep in touch with me asking for screen shots of the payment deferred and from create music group . She told me she will take care of it . Finally mid March a whole month of stress with back and forth emails I did receive the $100 Emma told me I would get .

She explained also no media company brought the video we are trying to pitch it still once it gets brought then you can make more money . I also explained I know how YouTube works . My video has tons of likes and seen by many . I know YouTube pays you as well . I have friends on YouTube that get paid I know how it all works . I know people get paid from posting on social media . I know how the entertainment business works I know tons of people in the business as well .

Then a day or two later I was asked to change all my negative reviews to positives on trust pilot , then she found my instagram , TikTok reviews asking me to change the reviews . Which I never gave them any of my social media sites . So they search non stop to read the reviews on here and on social media that mention their company . She claim I gave her my social media sites that where I was contacted . I said yes I was contacted on my dog instagram , not my networking acting page instagram nor TikTok . Obviously you looked under tags and found my other pages .

So now I'm leaving this review of how my story went from negative to stress to finally getting a payment . We’ll see in the future if I get more payments . Though I won’t hold my breath .

So my only positive experience is getting one payment of $100 so far

So after I update this review I got an email stating now that I got paid they want a positive review for me to remove my negatives reviews that was part of why they paid me $100 . So I said that sounds like blackmail that was never stated in any messages . All my message were saved . I said I updated my honest no sugar coated review on my whole experience with you guys . Where at the end I said I finally got paid $100 .

On another note you can send your videos directly copyright and get paid if chosen to afv - americas funniest videos yourself .

Customer review. I regret my experience with ViralSnare. I submitted a video to them, expecting professional handling and transparent communication. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. It is a well-run scam guaranteed to net them easy profits using viral content of good-hearted clients that are scammed into believing they can make any real money, while the real money is else where.

Firstly, there has been a complete lack of updates regarding my video. Despite numerous follow-ups, I received vague or no responses at all. It feels like my emails are being ignored, which is incredibly frustrating.

Secondly, the payment process is questionable. After months of waiting, I have yet to see any earnings from my video. This raises concerns about whether they are genuinely pitching my content to buyers or just holding onto it without any intention of sharing profits. They're part of create music group, so go figure. Now you know where the money flows.

Additionally, their legal approach is intimidating. When I inquired about reclaiming my video, I was met with legal jargon and threats, which is unprofessional and unethical. It feels like they are more interested in asserting ownership over my content than fostering a collaborative relationship.

Lastly, their platform lacks transparency. Unlike other companies that provide portals to track pitches and earnings, ViralSnare offers no such tools. This makes it impossible to verify their claims or track the progress of my video.

Overall, my experience with ViralSnare has been disappointing. I would caution others never to entrust their content to this company. And beware of the fake positive reviews by their own employees. it is so obvious you can even notice they used the same word "the best" and posted around the same time frame, hilarious.

Finally, be sure to check their replies, same thing over and over, pitched this and didn't generate enough of that... bla bla. All fake, overly used scam words and lies.
Read the negative reviews, and you will draw the picture because those are the authentic reviews.

I received a good amount but they can answer faster in emails.

Which buyers? And how do you know which video is mine when I haven't given that information to you?

This is disputable.

I have sent your company 13 emails with NO RESPONSE! Only one threatening you will take legal action if I want my video back? You do not OWN my videos, I own them, I shot them and I gave them to you after your employees scouted me.

You do not assist, you steal videos, and other reviewers have also stated this. All the 5 star reviews are posted by friends of ViralSnare or employees. I have read lots of forums online that you collect videos, and then you never contact the owners again. Then apparently you threaten people with legal action when they want their videos back.

As other companies set up portals so you can keep track of pitches and earnings, your company doesn't even have one of these.

I've written to you to release my video to be met with threats and legal jargon as to why YOU own my videos. You do NOT own my videos. You are not a ethical or professional company.
