The card does not work at any online retailers - not even eBay as PayPal has banned them.
And when there is an issue - their Support is hopeless.
It can take a month to hear back from them via email - the only support method offered.
And even then - they never seem to read the email or ask properly - so you have to repeat the ask.
The whole business model seems to be to issue cards that are never fully-debit - enabling Virtual Rewards Center to pocket the difference for every customer.
It's simply a great scam.
Still waiting
Had to sign up again to receive the virtual reward Visa card. My phone number was not accepted and there was "nothing they could do about it". They would or could not let me pick a different reward nor could they refund my points. This was 2 years ago and my issue remains unresolved
Do NOT use
Was gifted a voucher card from my work for USD$250. The card could not be used at a restaurant, nor could I activate it because 2 factor authentication doesn't work on their end. Contacted their support centre and never heard so the card is about to expire. I would say this business is a scam.
If Trust Matters, Look Elsewhere for Reward Fulfillment
I attempted to redeem two rewards that had already been approved through a research community by Escalent/Cspace I participated in. Instead of receiving my rewards, both were suddenly placed into "Under Review" with no clear explanation, I waited over a week and this "Under Review" message was never cleared up.
I contacted Virtual Reward Center multiple times by email seeking an update. Weeks passed without any meaningful response. A support ticket was created, and I was told someone would get back to me, but that follow-up never came. Being left without communication while approved rewards remain inaccessible is incredibly frustrating and lacks integrity and professionalism.
As someone who has redeemed rewards in the past without issue from this company, this experience was completely unexpected. The lack of transparency, the absence of timely communication, and the inability to obtain a clear resolution significantly undermined my confidence in this company.
If your business is considering Virtual Reward Center as a rewards fulfillment provider, I strongly encourage you to carefully evaluate how participant support and reward disputes are handled. In my experience, unanswered support requests and prolonged "Under Review" statuses can create unnecessary frustration for customers and reflect poorly on the organizations that rely on them.
What concerns me most is not simply the delay in receiving rewards it is the complete lack of accountability. When customers have legitimate questions, they deserve timely communication and honest updates, not silence. Ignoring support requests leaves people feeling as though their time and participation have no value. They "Ghost" all support email tickets and have a phone number that does not work at all and takes you to a recording with an infinite loop of saying "Trying to connect with an agent" where it will never connect you.
A rewards company exists to build trust between businesses and their customers. Based on my experience, Virtual Reward Center did the opposite. Their handling of my case diminished my confidence in both their service and the company that chose them as a rewards provider. Businesses should understand that the way incentives are fulfilled reflects directly on their own reputation. If participants are left waiting indefinitely with little or no communication, it can damage trust, reduce future participation, and negatively impact brand perception. I hope Virtual Reward Center takes meaningful steps to improve its communication, transparency, and customer support because my experience fell far below what I believe customers should reasonably expect. Any company here in the United States looks for an incentive company to rewards your customers, clients or employees please stay far away from this company and never sign any contract with them. They have no integrity and your clients will have a nightmare.

Can't activate my account or access my $50 card! When I try to log into my account its "sends" a security code to my email (assume its 2-factor auth), but I never get the email. I tried to contact customer service, but they have not responded to any of my 3 emails over the past two weeks. I found a phone number, but the first thing they want is my 16-digit card #, problem being I can't access my account to know what that number is. From the other reviews, sounds like tis company is a total scam and just pocketing the rebates that company entrust them to administer My experience does nothing to dispel that conspiracy theory!
7/9/26 update: I rec'd an email from customer service with some directions on how to log in. Unfortunately they didn't help and I had to email them back to check the email they have on file. Hoping they get back to me before another 2 weeks passes!
Pessimo servizio
Fan di tutto per non farti utilizzare i soldi caricati nella carta virtuale, e pure il loro servizio clienti è virtuale, talmente è inesistente
Avoid this for Virtual Cards
Best Website to put you off virtual cards for life. Set up experience over complex for a card with little money on and a short shelf life. Requires far too much personal data during set up which no doubt they will sell! 12 character password. horrible navigation. Will never select virtual card again
Two free $15 Amazon gift cards
I recieved two $15 gift cards for Amazon on two different weeks; totally unprompted from this company. Got an email with a code, put it in my account and free money. I do surveys on the regular so I'm guessing that's where they came from. I'm not complaining!
Fraud, theft, and unpaid
After 2 years of giving this a fair chance, Virtual Incentives aka Virtual Reward Center and its subsidiaries and affiliates (USA & Canada) are a scam.
We reported ongoing issues to VISA, Angus Reid Forum, Angus Reid Institute, Service Canada, Labour Board of Canada and even their technologies provider Alida Inc (formerly Vision Critical Communications). The 23rd report was one of FRAUD on a $150 payment Visa card provided by Virtual Incentives USA aka Virtual Reward Center, where $ was stolen from the account without any accountability or way to track what happened, or how to have VI/VRC or Angus Reid restore the funds. It took 4 months to receive the card in the mail after it was mailed out, and took 1 more month to reissue the card when VI/VRC cancelled the card for no reason before arrival. That’s 5 months to get a payment on a study contract just to have it be stolen via fraud. VRC/VI did absolutely nothing about the fraud reports. Fake phone numbers with robotic answering machine loops, and auto-robotic responses from email “support” that doesn't read anything you put in writing and refuses to callback or fax (to eliminate post-mail dysfunction and inaccessibility).
VI/VRC claims to “require” a “token” in order to investigate fraud reports, which is technically impossible* to generate when these direct VRC accounts don’t exist because Angus Reid Forum is their direct customer, Angus Reid Forum automatically registers the payment cards without VRC accounts, and the cards are activated via telephone to an automated VRC activation line.
While the company publishes a phone number for customer service, it only goes to a recording. There is no option to speak to a person.
When contacting the company via email, the responses are almost always automated, generated apparently by AI. All emails go to support at virtualrewardcenter.com for USA and Can. You can try reward at virtualrewardcenter.com but that will do nothing.
We should get a Class Action Lawsuit going.

Scam! No support!
Scam!
I purchased a Visa gift card from this company, but the card/link did not work at all.
As soon as I opened the link for the first time, I received an error/“under review” message.
I did not redeem, activate, or use the card in any way.
I contacted their support, but they simply did not respond. There is no real assistance, no clear explanation, and no solution provided.
This is very frustrating because I paid for a product that I could not use from the very beginning, and the company’s support was completely unhelpful.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. Scam!
Fraudulent company with total disregard…
Fraudulent company with total disregard for the law.
Completely useless customer service who plays off their fraudulent gift card issuance as "an inconvenience"
When selecting a card it will explicitly state "use wherever you want" but in reality that is a scam - they have a list of very few places the card can be used but conveniently they cannot ever provide the list to you, you just have to guess and figure out yourself.
Will be taking this company to court and bringing in relevant authorities and regulators.
This company is terrible
This company is terrible. I have had several virtual cards that work for a while, then stop for no reason. The most recent card has one transaction on it and the balance remaining is wrong. It's math, learn it. Getting a response is next to impossible.
I got my Rewards, after a week. Appreciate

BEWARE !!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Everytime I use this website there is a problem. I will no longer use. It is unacceptable to not assist a customer who hasn't had access to a product they purchased 3 days ago. I understand reviewing a purchase but 3 days to review but 1 minute to take my money!!!! It's FRAUD & THEFT
They're a scam
They're a scam. I received an email about a prize from a prize website, and when I tried to claim it, surprise! Someone else had already claimed it someone from abc@def email address, It's obviously a fake email and it seems to be an inside job to get the prize back after it can't be redeemed. I feel cheated and scammed.
My email is 100% secure, and no one could have accessed the redemption link, so how is this possible?
