MISLEADING + OVERPRICED
This was the first result on google, which had the NZ flag, and all the framing and pictures made it seem as if it was an offical NZ website; not a multi-country visa agency that provides additional services. Never once in the process did it explain all of these services or present as a non-government agency.
As someone googling for a visa it is very unclear that they are charging you an additional $130 USD just for this.
I emailed within 2 minutes to ask for a refund since I did not understand this until I talked to my partner who paid $65 for the same thing and they said it had already been processed (even though part of their services was a manual review of all of my items?)

The app was quicker and asked less questions. My wife was unable to complete the Visit-App form. After several frustrating attempts we discovered the official app - faster and free.

Very deceptive! Misleading! Beware!
Very deceptive! This is not the official government site! After I entered all my information including credit card, it automatically charged me without showing what the charges would be and then $190 was charged to my credit card! The NZETA is around $65 and is a very easy process to do without the help of this company...we did it a couple of years ago and I got duped this time...not paying attention to the fact that I was not on the official site. This one appeared first in the google search, and I just chose it. I'm currently in the process of attempting to get a refund and will dispute the charge with the credit card company if I don't get this charge reversed.
Update: I requested a refund but since they had immediately processed my application as soon as I entered it, it was too late to get a refund. Yes, my visa was approved...almost instantaneously...but this same approval would have happened if I had actually used the New Zealand government site (which I thought I was) to enter the exact same information for almost 1/3 of the price! We had my husband do it a few minutes later through the official government app and his application was approved a few minutes later so I know for sure this is the case (as it was for Australia and the UK). I feel like a complete idiot for falling for this scam and not paying enough attention to what I was doing by rushing and multi-tasking and not reading the fine print in the terms and conditions form which covers them from disputes. There is no review process after entering credit card and the payment is immediately processed. The price isn't clearly shown on the site. The person I corresponded with said it's in their terms and conditions but to me, a reputable company gives an opportunity for customers to clearly see the full price being charge on a review screen before submitting. I'm writing this review in hopes to save at least one other person from falling victim to this site! Just use the official government site and pay about $65 total instead of giving this company $190 for the exact same thing! They claimed that they offer a value-added service. I vehemently disagree! I also am quite concerned that this company has personal and credit card info! My bad...
Update to the reply below: From all of the negative reviews here that the company does see based on its seemingly cordial responses to all of them, it is clear that your website is not transparent and is easily mistaken for the governments' visa sites! How many people have to make this mistake and tell you about it before you make changes to make it more apparent to everyone? Then your pricing is hidden about a third of the way through tiny print where it doesn't even use a $...it says "visit-app[.]org/newzealand, is proud to offer a transparent service for electronic applications with a service fee of 190 USD for the assistance and concierge services provided, including all taxes and fee." I and obviously others based on all of the negative reviews this seemingly hidden price disclosure. I pricing review page before final submission would be more honest and upfront so everyone clearly knows what is happening on your site! Don't be fooled by this company pretending in their responses to seem like they are not trying fool us all! They've spent more time trying to convince me (in emails and this reply) to not be upset about getting scammed by them than they did actually getting my New Zealand ETA processed! I'm upset!

Poor service and outrageous charges
Was ill informed about the cost of Visa far to expensive and wasn’t refunded full amount paid for visa, an admin charge was made after requested to cancel application, and no admin could have taken place as photo was incorrect, very disappointed with the whole process.

Scam! Charged 190 USD for a tourist visa when it should have been 17$. Why oh why didn’t I double check I was using the right page. I also thought it was charging me in NZD, not USD otherwise I might have realised something was wrong. Will contest with my bank but I’m not hopeful for getting the money back.
I've seen the reply from them below. The application form does NOT make it clear they are an agency that applies on behalf of people for the visas at all. They hide that in tiny terms and conditions small print, but it is not obvious on the page, which it should be by advertising standards. I have been in contact with them and they have offered me a measly 49.50USD back from a service fee (what service fee??!). I have raised with HSBC who are now treating this as a scam because they feel there is a strong element of deception in the way the company operate.

Very unethical business - should be investigated
This is a truly unethical business. I am surprised the people who work for it can look at themselves in the mirror each day without feeling sickened. I bought a visa for NZ for 10 times the amount I should have paid because I thought this was the official NZ government website but it isn’t. My visa appears to be valid but I was tricked to pay far more than I needed to. Someone should shut this company down. Absolute scammers - AVOID
Absolute scammers - please avoid at all costs. They pay Google to bump up their site to the top and give the impression it is the official Australia visa website. No mention of the cost until the end. 99USD and I stupidly paid it as I checked another site (conveniently run by them which quoted similar price). Visa is free on the Australia government website - please check here first. Upon receipt of my confirmation email I replied back asap cancelling but they had already submitted the request and took my money. PLEASE avoid at all costs. They provide nothing extra to what you can do yourself.

Its a scam. My search on google for NZ visa took me straight to visa application form - I was not aware I was using a third party. I paid 5 times as much as price of visa. There is no service for them to provide - you do the work filling in the form and they simply pass it on. I complained immediately when I realized the payment was US $ not NZ $ and I was not dealing direct. The NZ visa application team are kind, helpful and fast. DONT USE THIS LOT - ITS DECEPTION.

I had a very negative experience with this company. The website looked like an official government site, which I found misleading. I accidentally clicked the payment button, and within seconds I contacted them, but they refused to cancel or refund me. Instead, they sent me a visa code that did not work. I felt tricked and reported the matter to the police. In my opinion, people should be very cautious when dealing with this company.
