Do not use these people, go to the actual website to pay the visitors tax. These people charge 4 times what it costs. I mistakenly purchased this through these people thinking I hadn't already paid. Called them within a few minutes and cancelled transaction. They told me on phone I was good to go, and then instead of my confirmation email, they sent me an email saying they would not refund me. The visitors tax should have been $44 for 2 people. They charged me $136, and refused to return my money even though I already paid the tax. Be aware.

Scam website which has nothing to do with Mexican government. Stay away! They charge crazy "service" fees and I'm not even sure there is a valid barcode.

Scam alert!!!!

This website is a full on scam, they charge a USD50 per person processing fee on top of the actual USD 11 visit tax for Cancun which you can pay on the real government website with no fee. The biggest scam is that they don't even pay the tax and share the required QR code.

Nach mehreren Fehlversuchen in Deutschland hat's in Mexico gleich geklappt. Reiseunterlagen, Reisepass, Visa Card bereit halten. Und wir haben die Adresse eingegeben wie in Deutschland. visitax.gob.mx kostet etwa 11Dollar. 259Peso etwa. Alles andere sind nicht originale Anbieter und die wollen mehr Kohle. Also aufpassen bei der Adresseingabe.

Robbed me 4x the amount for the tourist tax. I did not check the small print at the bottom. FOOLED ME!!! Don’t let them fool you!!

I used visitas.us to pay the exit tax out of Mexico. I realized later the same day, that it was not the official government website to go to. I thought the amount was too much. I contacted them to cancel and get a refund. They replied in the middle of the night -looks fishy right there - to refuse my request. I contacted the credit card I used to pay the tax and was told that they couldn'to do anything and advised me to call their customer service. I still don' t know if the QR I was sent will be accepted at the airport when I leave. Very stressing. So, I might have to pay twice, this time on the legitimate governement website at the normal rate, 4 times less than what I paid on visitas.us!! Lesson learned, I hope this review will be useful to others as well.

This site charges around x4 the cost of the tourist tax that the local government charges. The official site charges MXN 224 or approx US$11
