Perfect from the first contact to the end.

Everything ran smoothly from the flight out to the fights home never experienced any issues.

Language barrier not an issue had several interpreters onsite 24/7.

Highly reccomend dr omer.
I will be returning for more treatment.

My surgeon Dr Ali Tardu was excellent I have zero complaints. I felt confident in their skills and very well cared for throughout the surgical process.

The coordinator was also great and very supportive. The only issue I experienced was that a question I had regarding medications between leaving the hospital and returning to my home country wasn’t answered or passed on to my surgeon, which would have been helpful as I had become unwell.

During my hospital stay, the room was very hot. I asked for a fan as I was sweating significantly and even needed my sheets changed, but unfortunately this wasn’t provide. The ladies I carpooled to the airport using the transport provided to us also said their room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. There were also a couple of occasions where my pain medication took longer than expected to arrive.

On a positive note, the language barrier was never an issue. Whenever the nurses didn’t know the English words for what they were trying to explain, they would translate it on their phones, which I really appreciated. Any time they had discussions in Turkish in front of me, they would immediately explain what was said afterward even when it wasn’t directly related to me. That level of transparency was very comforting.

Despite a few minor issues, I am overall happy with my experience and would choose this team again

The coordinators are lovely from the moment you contact BookingSurgeries.Com. I asked him a thousand questions before even arriving in Turkey and he was as very helpful.

On arrival everyone was lovely. I struggled with the lack of English spoken by the nurses here though. When they would come in to do my observations, give me pain relief etc and I had questions, they weren't able to answer which was challenging.

I am very happy with the outcome of my surgery. My boobs look amazing from what I've seen so far.

I came to have breast uplift surgery from landing in Istanbul airport to leaving to return home everyone has been knowledgable and lovely. Nothing is too much trouble, the hospital is like a hotel suite and everything is catered for. There is continuous care 24/7 and I can’t fault any part of my journey from booking to going home.
