The booklets were not delivered on time.
Unfortunately, the customer service quality has declined significantly. I was expecting to get booklets for an event, but they arrived 2 days late, and we missed the window to use them at the event. They refunded me the shipping cost, but they should refund everything, as there's no use for the booklet except for that event. I order a couple of materials all the time. I have a Vista Advisor called Asharna who didn't help with anything. I asked her for help days before (9/24/2026) to keep this order on track, but her answer was only another standard customer service AI message. I'm not sure if there are real people on their customer service.

Over 2,000 Postcards Ordered / Quality & Consistency Issues
My original order of 2,000 cards was poorly cut, well outside the safety area, and the colouring was off, with everything appearing green-tinted. After I contacted customer service, they arranged a reprint, but the replacement cards had the same colour issue: they appeared turquoise instead of navy. The smaller batch I ordered was much better and true to the colour of the design.
The only reason I am giving this two stars is Customer service was very easy to deal with, and I appreciated how promptly they arranged a replacement. Shipping went smoothly too, but unfortunately, the quality just wasn’t there.
I have ordered business cards from Vistaprint a few times before without any issues, so I was surprised by how many problems there were this time around. Unfortunately, I won’t be using Vistaprint again.

The only thing I don't like is the pricing surprise at the end when you're ready to pay. I think the advertised prices are a little misleading. I feel that their reputation is good enough that they don't need that kind of method to get customers.

I highly recommend using Vista print. You won’t regret it. I’m a small business and don’t need big quantities. I bought T-shirts with my company logo. I didn’t need to buy 50 of them to place an order. I just bought five so they have the small business in mind

Delivered early but print is not properly done
Delivered early. The only concern is the business card print it too small. We even ordered 500 pcs. waste of money.

Image off set
The image in my t-shirt is quite large, likely to my specifications. As this was my first time ordering I wasn't quite sure what to expect.
However, I feel that the image is not centered on the shirt, so that is a little disappointing. After this review, they sent another t-shirt. Same issue...image is not centered.

Vistaprint was great. I received my cards and it turns out I overlooked a mistake. I called them right away and they were able to change it and send out new ones free of charge. Mikee assisted with that and he was exactly how a customer service team member should be. Thanks.

The site was easy to navigate. I was able to customize the card to suit my needs. It was simple to format the font and I was able to add text boxes for my own words and sayings. Adding my own pictures was straightforward.
