I knew exactly what design I wanted but did not have the tools or ability to create it myself. I shared my ‘design’ scribbles with the design team, they got it 100% right on the first review. I have used Vistaprint for many years and for dozens of projects. Each time they exceed my expectations for quality and delivery.

Fantastic and responsive service.

We had ordered business brochures from VistaPrint but a couple of days later we found out that there had been some mistakes during proof reading at our end. I called VistaPrint to see if they can stop the print and production. VistaPrint was amazing enough to not only stop the print but gave us a complete credit and time to correct and re-order the brochures at our convenience. This is so much appreciated! We have been VistaPrint customers for years as the quality of their products and print is always top notch. Great customer service. Thanks to Melicia for taking my call and helping us out. Looking forward to future dealings with VistaPrint.

Fast delivery and quality of the print.

I’m very happy with this product. The quality is excellent, and it looks even better in person than it did in the pictures. It feels well made, is easy to use, and has performed exactly as expected

each time an order was placed for ball caps it had to be corrected. I used the design service the second time. But it was not easy to note that the design had been shrunk as was smaller until it was printed on 25 hats. My last order I didn't bother and will not use for that again.
I was very happy with a tote bag, license plate and auto decals.

I've ordered all my buisness cards through vistaprint and id like to say it has one of the best customer service teams I've talked to. Rather than trying to find a reason not to help or to take the fault of themselves they step up and make it right. They've helped me with any error for my last 2 orders with no questions asked. 10/10 service, I dont care how much it costs its the fact they value my time and me as a customer sure there may be cheaper options but no one beats their level of customer service. Thank you.

I think this experience was great! I’m not a business but an old man who loves to do things with his family. I ordered vest and ball caps for an upcoming family vacation for us all to wear. Wow the items came out great and just like I wanted, perfect!

Easy to use website for ordering and quick customer service if needed.

Unfortunately, the customer service quality has declined significantly. I was expecting to get booklets for an event, but they arrived 2 days late, and we missed the window to use them at the event. They refunded me the shipping cost, but they should refund everything, as there's no use for the booklet except for that event. I order a couple of materials all the time. I have a Vista Advisor called Asharna who didn't help with anything. I asked her for help days before (9/24/2026) to keep this order on track, but her answer was only another standard customer service AI message. I'm not sure if there are real people on their customer service.

My original order of 2,000 cards was poorly cut, well outside the safety area, and the colouring was off, with everything appearing green-tinted. After I contacted customer service, they arranged a reprint, but the replacement cards had the same colour issue: they appeared turquoise instead of navy. The smaller batch I ordered was much better and true to the colour of the design.

The only reason I am giving this two stars is Customer service was very easy to deal with, and I appreciated how promptly they arranged a replacement. Shipping went smoothly too, but unfortunately, the quality just wasn’t there.

I have ordered business cards from Vistaprint a few times before without any issues, so I was surprised by how many problems there were this time around. Unfortunately, I won’t be using Vistaprint again.
