Was not happy with the print quality of my business cards. I choose a better paper and paid extra as well. Looks really cheap and not usable.

Poor Quality and Worse Attention to Detail
I ordered multiple double sided items - all with a matte finish. What I received was a paper with one side coated and shiny and the other side uncoated. When I reported the error I received a reprint - that was exactly the same. I reported it again and was told "this is what it is supposed to look like". I continued to try and explain the issue and VistaPrint never acknowledged the issue, so I requested a refund and ordered elsewhere (ordered the exact same item, same finish - and finally received the correct product).

Be prepared to have your inbox flooded
Purchasing was fine, but the barrage of emails demanding a review despite repeatedly hitting unsubscribe has left me furious at this point. I respect that you want reviews, but I made a choice not to do one as I sent out what I ordered to others and would not be able to give an accurate review at this point. You may have gotten one if you waited longer, but I have become irate so unfortunately a decent experience is now a horrendous one.

Excellent services, quality and delivery time. Only thing is if the rates gets more optimal that will be great. Secondly the for lawn signs, please compare your prices with local competitors as pricing is very low per unit. That is why I wasn't able to order lawn signs. Thanks

You decided my logo was not good as an image and suggested something that didn't have the full name and didn't have the colours right. I said just put it back to the old one. It didn't happen (although in the images sent it was). So I have recieved a hat that is not what I wanted.
