Customer Service response has been slow
The first person I dealt with while creating the business card was wonderful so, none of the undermentioned criticism is a reflection of her. My dissatisfaction stems from my what happened after I recieved the cards. Quite frankly, I am surprised at being asked to tell Vista Print about my experience when already have. Nevertheless, here goes: The
The cards arrived in a box that was damaged. Also the last part of the postal code is "1N4" on the business card, it says "INR" That's a big difference! Upon receipt, I immediately informed Vista Print and received a response from someone in Customer Service who said the following: “We are sorry to hear about this and would like to rectify it. The reason there is an error in the postal code is because of the font that was used”. I was also asked to respond by sending in the correct font and those cards would be reprinted. I responded to the email by sending in the correct font and also said to confirm that I would not be charged for this. A week went by and I did not hear back. After 10 days I received a response again from “Customer Service” asking me to send the font again. As of October 4th, it has been 6 days since I sent the font that should be used and thus far, no response except endless marketing emails from your company. As this point this is a fruitless exchange.

I am so sorry to hear about the confusion with the postal code on your cards and that the product box arrived damaged.
To explain what happened, the current font style used on your design formats the number "1" so that it visually resembles a lowercase "i".
To fix this for you, please let us know a suitable alternative font you would like us to use for your text.
Once you reply with your preferred font, we will update the design to ensure the postal code is clearly readable as a "1" and immediately process a replacement order for your cards at no extra cost, shipped using our fastest shipping speed.
Thank you for your patience, and I look forward to getting this resolved for you right away.

However, from reviewing the design, the error was a typo errror and not a font style issue. The postcode on the card is 1NR. We have also reviewed the communications with our support team; the main issue we identified was that our team was unable to identify the name of the font style that you wanted to change the font to. You shared an image; however, the image did not identify the name of the font. To help us assist you further, we will be reaching out to you via email. We look forward to working with you.

I found the website terribly difficult. it took me hours to get anything done because if you make a mistake you're going to have to start over all over again. It's really frustrating. But once you did get it right I was happy with the quality of the cards I received
