Do not trust the preview
I have ordered a customised mug specifically from Vista Print as I wanted to make sure the design would come out as expected thanks to 3D preview of the mug they offer. However, the preview was misleading and completely different from what I have got. The mug I have received has additional space around the design, resulting in a much smaller design. Really disappointing! I have discarded cheaper options believing that the preview would be reliable and the object as expected but it was not.

First time I have used VistaPrint. Being a doddery 80 year old, tech doesn't come easily. I had plenty of questions and was amazed by the level of support I received and the knowledge that Donna had. She was cheerful and patient even when I didn't know what she was talking about. Eventually she solved all my issues. Couldn't recommend VistaPrint more highly

Had a few printing issues initially, but every time I reached out to Vistaprint they handled it brilliantly. Super friendly customer service, quick responses, and they dispatched corrected orders rapidly while respecting both my time and concerns. Mistakes can happen with any company, but it’s how they deal with them that matters, and Vistaprint handled everything professionally. Happy to give them 5 stars.
