Can't comment on the quality of the engineers because three days after lodging an urgent call I'm still waiting. So the one star is for appalling customer service. I was told the engineer would be with me on Friday so waited in all day. Nothing. Not so much as a call to tell me it wasn't happening after all. I only found out my appointment had been cancelled when I called them at the end of the day to find out where the engineer was. Given my problem had been marked as urgent I was told someone would come between 8 and 12 the next day. You guessed it. Nothing. After two days inside I had to go and get sone shopping in. At half one an engineer called. I explained I had given up waiting but could go straight home to meet him. Which I did. Nothing. No call. What a rude way to treat customers. Why is their time more important than ours? Why are they incapable of basic communication?

Anton was prompt and friendly. Fixed my Heaters in record time and explained the digital display comprehensively and clearly. Also Lee in the office supe helpful and fast. Such a delight to work with so responsive, informed and friendly organisation. Delighted. Val and Mike.

Omg it was just like my dream he just came in sounded like he knew what he was talking about and sorted out the problem .I now Have hot water and heating after nearly 2 months . Thankyou so much Jake .

Great service from Jake Linstead! Came early in the morning and sorted out my flats heating within the hour. Explained how everything worked better than the actual letting agency!

This company provides nothing. In the UK they just bill us for 100 of pounds monthly although they do not provide electricity, gas, meters, infrastructure or anything else, and we've never seen them either. We are already paying skyrocketing bills to British Gas, Scottish Power, etc.. since NATO blew up the Nord Stream pipeline which gave us cheap energy from Russia. Our supply of gas and electricity worked perfectly fine before Vital Energy appeared in 2022 and the maintenance is included in the rent we pay; it is called a "service charge". Hence the result seems to be people paying bills for nothing. If that is not the case, please explain what service Vital Energy provides and why for 20 years there was no need of this extra bill. Also, the review isn't "unprompted" as I pay bills to Vital Energy every month; hence logic dictates that if the review is "unprompted", so are their bills. And I won't provide personal details to Trust Pilot's convenient "do not reply" emails. Take the review offline, it does not change the truth.

(p.s.: Vital Energy state that "Lighthouse is not it's own business". Apart from being besides the point as nobody stated the contrary, the third neutral possessive pronoun in English is "its", as "it's" is a contraction of "it is", just like "don't" is a contraction of "do not". Enough said).

Harry Hynes and Nick 5 stars guys what kind of excellent job they done very knowledge and experience. 100% job done. Cleaned everything before they left. Changed 3 radiators and the flat is very hot

Myself and a number of neighbours in my development have had ongoing issues with heating and hot water being disconnected when accounts are in credit. I personally had to top up by over 60.00 before the services were switched back on despite having been in credit

I had a water leakage from my Heat Interface Unit for the last 8 days and it was honestly exhausting. I was constantly changing buckets. One technician told me the whole unit needed to be replaced, but Aluin Adiz actually took the time to properly diagnose and repair it instead.

He even came after his out of office hours, travelling a long distance, and spent over an hour fixing the issue. His efficiency, dedication, and hard work were outstanding.

Thanks to Aluin, the problem was completely resolved and I finally got some peace of mind. He was a real life saver. This man truly deserves a raise. what a guy!!!

Following the recent boiler “upgrade” and replacement of heating valves carried out across the building, our heating is now not functioning adequately. This issue did not exist prior to these works; in fact, the property was consistently very warm before the changes were made.

As a result, the flat is currently unacceptably cold, which is particularly concerning given the time of year. Heating is an essential service, and the current situation is just poor.

The technician who came for our heating problem was very professional and helpful. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it in a short time. He arrived on time, worked cleanly, and explained everything clearly. I would definitely recommend his service.

The engineer who visited me today Daniel Smith was amazing, after more than nine engineers visited me in the last four months to fixed the heating system, Daniel was able to fixed in no time, he showed his ability, professionalism and determination to fixing the problem.
