As a family office overseeing multiple operating companies across different industries, stability, scalability, and support are non-negotiable for us. VitalPBX has consistently delivered on all three.

VitalPBX provides a robust and flexible PBX platform that adapts well to different business sizes and use cases, from single entities to multi-company environments. The system is reliable, easy to manage, and integrates smoothly into our broader IT and communications stack.

Product is good, as long as you don't run into any issues. Support is however horrible and virtually non-existent.

Not much help, documentation hasn't helped. Watched lots of youtubes but I think it's time to look elsewhere!

I have been a 3CX partner for 16 years - mostly small businesses with 4 lines. 3CX have now said they no longer support small businesses and removed my partner status then doubled the cost for small instances. So looking for an alternative. I am following the training course and sofar I have everything working. Multiple extensions, trunks, ring groups, IVR, voicemail etc. It is a steep learning curve but I am getting there.

Couldn't get the product to work despite formal training, very little willingness to offer support, in the end they went completely silent on us. This is one vendor to avoid.

Software does what it says on the Tin. Rock solid PBX and pricing that works well. Imagine FreePBX with an easier interface, but where it's not costly to start adding commercial modules.

I have been using VitalPbx for some months now. I consider it as a reliable platform. The tech support is excellent.

VitalPBX software is pretty good until you get an issue. If you are using this as multitenant and making a business out of it. I would seriously consider looking elsewhere. Case scenario: Few issues on some tenants and some global issues. Affecting business so reach out to VitalPBX for assistance. You might as well be talking to a wall. Some of their new agents repeat the same question although been answered, some one else will come on the ticket and ask the same thing again. takes anything from 1-3 days for a reply. Ask for a call to explain, they ignore or again ask the same baseline questions. I have been using vitalpbx now for around 4 years and up until we had an issue. it was great. I am unable to move the business forward using this software and currently looking for alternative that has support. especially when paying $250 per server and about to start setting up HA so need additional licensing etc.

We moved our entire organization from 3cx to VitalPBX, over 1000 extensions, and have been pleased with its performance. We are a high-volume user and have no regrets.

Earlier in 2024 I was forced by 3CX shenanigans to look for alternatives. With 25+ systems it made sense to seek for a multi tenant. VitalPBX was actually the only one still offering a multi tenant perpetual license (Carrier Plus). Yes, it was a investment, but my customer relationships go 15+ years in the past and I hope to be around another 20 :), so huge saving on the back end. With VitalPBX being multi tenant, you save tons on cloud hosting as well.

Overall VitalPBX has been a great change for us. We love the multi-tenant, software is solid, it's been very stable. Thank you!

As users of the first versions of VitalPBX, we were able to appreciate the good initiatives in many aspects of the platform, and we collaborated with some of them as well. As time went by, it was understood that the vision was to provide "added" value versus other solutions, of course with profits like any business. The decision that I consider marked my disillusionment with VitalPBX was to restrict the basic functions that any other open PBX solution has, extension and call limits.
I recommend that they resume the honor they owe to users and collaborators by offering something open for use with the option to grow with add-ons.

Vitalpbx is the best pbx software I ever try

Vital PBX has ben a game changer for us. We were losing customers that were looking for more value than a Legacy PBX which is what we sold for many years. With Vital PBX in the cloud and the Multitenant feature, we were able to have a very cost effective solution for our customers with a lot more features like the ones in VITXI which is the Web based Collaboration tool that allows with just user and password to connect to your office and make and receive communication from customers and colleagues from any device.
