Started using MightyCall 6 weeks ago and it was working as expected and out of nowhere my account is suspended and i receive an email after the fact asking for all kind of information,
1. You should've have asked for this information before charging.
2. I should've have been notified and given adequate time to share whatever information that is required instead my service is suspended with 2 weeks left in my paid time.

Misleading Auto-Dialer Demo
I really wanted to like MightyCall, but my experience has been extremely disappointing.
I signed up for the free trial and tested the auto-dialer by creating a few demo campaigns. After that, I upgraded to a paid plan expecting the limitations to reset — like every normal SaaS platform does when you move from a trial to a subscription.
But after paying, I discovered something unbelievable:
➡️ The 3 “demo campaigns” are permanent.
➡️ Even after paying monthly, your account stays blocked by whatever you did during the trial.
➡️ I couldn’t create any new campaign, not even one, even though the plan advertises access to 3 demo campaigns.
Support told me that even if you start paying, the demo campaigns never reset. So you end up paying for a service you can’t even use, unless you jump to a more expensive plan.
This is not written clearly anywhere, and it feels misleading. No customer expects their trial limitations to permanently carry over after upgrading.
I’m now stuck paying for a plan where the advertised features are completely unusable. And support simply repeats the same message instead of offering any solution, reset, or flexibility.
Really disappointing experience — I would not recommend this unless you skip the basic plans entirely and go straight to the higher-tier ones.
Subpar product and bad support
Subpar product. I really tried to make it work. The support isn't the greatest either.
Also, if you pay for year, they don't prorate unused if you try to cancel.

Relentless to get an issue resolved!
I had an issue with a VPN blocking me from accessing mighty call. When called I was greeted by Collins. We were on the phone for quite a while. He went through many trouble call procedures and he even requested screen shots of what I was seeing. He tried many things and I was starting to feel discouraged but Collins was tenacious and relentless to get my issue resolved. I am soooo grateful. Thank you Collins for everything!!!! You are an asset to the mighty call support team.
Small business using mutli-level IVR and SMS
As a small business owner, aka solopreneur, I found Mighty Call when looking for multi-level IVR solutions. I called and got a person on the phone or a call back within a few minutes. After signing up with their sister company i hit a wall with regards to features, but they setup me up in Mighty Call and it been an enjoyable onboarding. They have been helpful with my request and questions. Their software is for a call center, while I am using it as my business line for a different purpose than intended. They were patient with my ideas as I explored the limitations of the system, but it definitely is working out with multiple IVR menus that I can change as needed, an API to poll for missed calls and sms from the dashboard. The app for the phone allows me to stay connnected while abroard or around the corner. All in all, it looks like it's my new phone system for years to come!

I would have rated this -5 if possible. This is the shittiest call center software I've used. Support people give random suggestions if there's an Issue. A campaign that was running yesterday may not run and there's nothing on god's green earth you can do about it. The product just looks good from the outside but is terrible to use, the support people don't have any idea what they talk about. Like a lady was giving me a suggestion which isn't even possible on the campaign! and these guys don't even Issue any refund. Absolute waste of time for 2 weeks, paying my employees to use this shitty software which doesn't work

I have had trouble getting a Business call center with great staff who understand my business. Several others, including a well-renowned service, had been a massive disappointment. I stumbled upon Mightcall and the Staff I spoke with was extremely helpful. Collins did a great job explaining the various features and payment plans which really made decision making easy. Great Job!
We have no complaints, great app for cold calling
I really appreciate how often MightyCall rolls out new dialer features. It’s simple to use, and showing new team members how it works takes no time at all. Also, their support team is much more helpful than what I’ve experienced with others.
Absolutely pathetic support
Absolutely pathetic support! Tried creating an account for the first time, entered my card details, and boom—labeled as a "fraudulent attempt." And the so-called support agent? Giving me some bogus excuse that "many users have complained" about me? Are you kidding me? This is my FIRST time on your website! On top of that, you deducted money from my account, yet you claim it’s fraudulent and block me from even creating an account? What kind of scam are you running? Your support team is completely incompetent and has a LONG way to go before they learn how to treat customers properly. Fix your system!

modern and user-friendly voip
Customer service response time is really fast. The system works well for my business. The only thing lacks is the auto texting.
Easy to use app
As a small business owner, one of the biggest things I appreciate about MightyCall is how easy it is to use. MightyCall has been truly helpful in running my day-to-day operations. It also helps me keep track of my team’s progress in detail. And if I ever have a question, their customer support is always quick and thorough.
Lot's of features and responsive support
We recently moved our office phones to MightyCall and it has been a breath of fresh air. Support has been great and very responsive. They offer many more features than our previous company for about the same price. Definitely a recommend if you're looking for a robust VOIP service with responsive support.

Maybe stop charging for plans and give people option to cancel themselves cause this "we will reach out to you" is not really working and I still got charged for the tool I am unable to use due to technical limitsions that are not mentioned anywhere on website/intro call - again yesterday!

Missing important functionality - poor support
I’ve been with Mightycall for a couple weeks now and I am not impressed.
First of all, they bill themselves as Call Center software, and though they allow you to have many phone lines (and you can “label” them to identify them easily for human readability in their online dashboard), you cannot actually see the phone line or the label for the phone line on incoming calls in many use cases!
What I mean by a label is lets say you have a number ending in .9999 to act as a phone line for Technical Support. You have another number ending in .7777 to act as a phone line for Sales. I can give those numbers labels that are “Technical Support” and “Sales”. Or if I handled calls for both Target and Walmart, I could label a phone line "Target" and another phone line could be labeled "Walmart".
Though you can see labels for those numbers in a lot of administrative tasks, for actual incoming calls, in most use cases (mobile phone app, softphone desktop app, web browser UI) you CANNOT see what phone line the incoming calls are coming in on or the “label” (Sales or Technical Support). It’s crazy how they don’t have that basic functionality. You can have 8 phone lines, and you have no idea what phone line a client is calling in on.
The only functionality regarding labeling that I’ve been able to confirm is for the desktop application and web browser, if the window is MINIMIZED, you will get a windows notification for a few seconds that shows the incoming phone line and label of it being called. But only for a few seconds. If you actually look at the application on your PC, or if the application was already active/had focus when the call comes in, all you see in the UI is the caller ID – no indication of what phone line is being called. You have no idea how to greet the customer or what they’re calling about. So, the only way you know what line is being called on your PC, is if your application is MINIMIZED/NOT ACTIVE, and you only see it for a few seconds.
Their support rep confirmed that they do NOT support at all the labeling of the phone line being called on the iOS app. They claimed that it’s on the “To-Do” list, but it’s such a simple thing to do I don’t believe them – why is that not implemented already?
The Android application is what I’m trying to use on my phone, but I can’t get it to work properly. Their support sent me a screenshot which they claimed is what the Android app shows when a call comes in and shows the label of the phone line being called, but I’ve never seen that screen myself, and attempts to schedule a training session with their sales team, both via email and their “online calendar booking” are ignored. Even if I book a calendar appointment on their website (“Free White Glove Setup” the site says – yeah right!) they literally don’t even show up to the scheduled Zoom meeting. Totally negligent. And they don’t respond to my manual email request to do a videoconference with someone knowledgeable on how the android app works.
Even their support team will fail to respond to your inquiries half the time it seems. They completely ignored my most important support email as my first questions as a new customer, and it wasn’t until I followed up asking “Can I get a reply please” a few days later that they responded finally. Also, with further questions about how can I see what phone line a customer is calling on, a support rep sent me a screenshot supposedly from the desktop app claiming you could see the phone line label for an active call, but when I replied back “My screen doesn’t quite look like that, what do I need to do or where do I go in the dashboard to see what you’ve screenshotted”, they ghosted me. And even their screenshot was showing some tiny weird element on the screen that is completely separate and far away from the "softphone" UI where you actually answer the call.
Lack of care with helping customers seems to be MightyCall’s forte.
They also don’t let you buy voicemail boxes – if you want more voicemailboxes than you have users, you have to pay for a FULL user to get another voicemail box. So prepare to pay literal multiple hundreds of dollars per year just for an additional voicemail box in that scenario.
Also, checking multiple voicemail boxes is pretty strange/convoluted. It does technically work, but it’s weird – I won’t get into the details because it won’t really make sense when verbalized. Let’s just say MightyCall should have a dedicated Voicemail tab or something like that, yet they don't.
The only positives I have had with them so far are:
1) Fast number port processing
2) Certain administrative tasks are pretty easy to configure.
If they continue at this rate, I don’t think I’ll be staying with them.
If they ever get phone line labeling working properly on both iOS and Android apps, AND the desktop application, I’ll update this review.

I find it funny to see how they advertise throughout all their web that you can get international telephone numbers with them, but when you ask surprise surprise, they don't! I'm wondering how these people is doing business, this is not serious!
