Their customer service was exceptional when it came to address a broken necklace. Richard and Aimee were quick to respond and issue a replacement. I’m satisfied with their customer service.

I’ve been a customer of Vitaly before, including shopping in-store, but my recent online return experience has been unacceptable. I returned my order using the return label provided through their portal tracking confirmed it was delivered to their warehouse over two weeks ago.

Since then, I’ve received nothing but vague replies saying they’re a “small team” and can’t even provide an estimated timeframe for processing my refund. No updates, no accountability, and no urgency to resolve the issue.

I wanted to place another order, but I’m not comfortable giving them more money while I’m still waiting for a refund on my last purchase.

This is not the level of service I expected from a brand I’ve shopped with before, and it has made me reconsider buying from them again.

I had some issues with tariffs and they were able to resolve it in a timely manner.

Needed to have some information changed in my profile due to an ID theft issue-- wasn't able to make the changes myself online, but Customer Support was very responsive to my email and corrected the issue for me. Unreal. Never in my life have I supported a jewelery brand as hard as I do Vitaly. their stuff isnt cheap but neither is the quality. top tier excellent pieces that I will continue to buy because its just so GOOD.

Also, customer support is also goated, they got back to me in less than 30 seconds and honestly that shocked me. for sure gonna vuy more in the future.

Price dropped by over 54euro just 2 days after my first purchase(total order was 180euro . I sent a polite email asking for a price adjustment and was completely ignored. A disappointing first impression means I won't be a returning customer.

I’ve been an Vitaly customer for years now and they make it easy to stay loyal. Their designs are gorgeous, durable, and high quality. I also love their sustainability and that they don’t gender their jewelry. Just ordered a piece and was accidentally charged for shipping when it should have been free. I've bought a couple pieces form this brand over the years and let me just say- they are my favorite. Whenever I've had to contact customer service they reply super fast and are very efficient and thorough. The product quality is amazing and I always get so many compliments on my pieces.
