This is our first time booking with Viva Vista Vacations. We were looking at going on our bucket list trip for our 36th wedding anniversary to Central Europe. Prague, Vienna, Budapest and Krakow were on our list.
I was contacted by Aston, what an amazing person to deal with. He was so patient and kind answering the many, many questions I had. Then changing my itinerary, flight schedules to suit me better, adding on additional tours all while keeping this package in our price range. So many times I was unable to answer his calls or return emails due to family issues but he was so understanding and accommodating. He has been one of the best tour operators I have delt with. I highly recommend asking for ASTON, if you are planning on booking a holiday. He will go the extra mile to make sure you are well taken care of.

We booked an advertised Italy vacation package but wanted to extend stays in some places and fly out of a city not listed. This request was easily handled by Penny in Vivavista's Canadian office. She provided options and costs without delay and was exceptional at keeping us informed of details of the booking and flight bookings and offering us tips. Our trip is months away but we feel confident everything is well in hand.

Vivavistavacations is a well-organized tour company that offers excellent services at reasonable prices. This is our first time booking with them, and so far we’ve already enjoyed one of their tours to Singapore and Malaysia. We’re also looking forward to another upcoming trip with them to Japan. Mark, our main point of contact, has been exceptionally helpful—attentive to our needs and thorough in ensuring everything is taken care of.
