I've been following them for a while now and finally made my first purchase lst month, so I wanted to share my feedback. Overall, I love the curation: the bags and jewelly they choose are honestly some of the nicest vintage pieces I've seen online. The website is clean and easy to use. Shipping was fast and the packaging felt premium, which I didn't fully expect from a preloved shop. The authenticity certificate included was a nice touch too. If I had to mention one thing to improve, it's maybe the search function on the site: sometimes it doesn't show exact item I'm typing, and I ended up browsing manually instead. Not a huge issue but I thought I'd mention it. Otherwise I'm very happy with the whole experiance.

Very sketchy homesite. Let me explain. This is only a web store, no real store to visit. There is no verification on instagram that could increase trust. No return polic if you read the fine script in their policy. It seems like a customer would risk buying a bag, and might get sent something else and have no way to complain about it. Also instead of making me as a customer feel safer doing any purchase with them, Vivienne Paris flagged my comment so it could be hidden. This shows a clear lack of responsibility that makes me concerned
