I purchased a pair of $400 earrings in Oct, one of them was missing a back so I reached out to customer service, it took them until after Christmas to get back to me and I was told they couldn't send a single back. It took me another 2 weeks of being passed from 1 person to another to be told I had to return the earrings so they could see what was wrong and then they would let me know what they would do. I sent the package (they did cover that cost) and heard nothing. I was about to start a dispute via Visa when I received the box I had sent, fortunately the earrings were there and both had backs. Unless I can purchase VW items in a physical store I will never ever purchase directly from them again. Terrible customer service.

Je ne comprends pas comment une collier à 250€ peut être d'une qualité si médiocre et le mot et faible. On aurait dit un bijoux acheté dans un magasin fantaisie.
De plus le service client est inexistant, heureusement que je n'ai eu aucun problème pour me faire rembourser lors du renvoi de l'article. Je déconseille d'acheter des articles Vivienne Westwood, marque trop surcoté.

Bought Lucrece Pearl Necklace for £185 (!) The metal coating wore off after a few months and the the string of pearls snapped. I took it to be repaired (£25). I asked for this to be reimbursed as it was well within the year warranty and they just said no! What is the warranty for if not things like that?!!! Biggest waste of money - cheap and nasty rubbish at stupid price just because of the name.

Veritable escroquerie commande passee et toujours rien recu surtout pas de nouvelles 2 mails envoyés et bien sûr aucune réponse !!!!

J’ai voulu me faire plaisir avec un collier Lucrèce à 245€. J’ai reçu le collier un peu déformé et l’épingle à nourrice ne restait pas dans le bon sens quand je le portais. J’ai envoyé des mails pendant un mois, tenté de les appeler ça ne répond jamais. Aucune réponse à mes mails j’ai dû ouvrir un litige PayPal pour pouvoir retourner l’objet et à mes frais!! Produit zéro, service client zéro. Déçue !!!!

KAVIDIA-VIVIENNE WESTWOOD : Commande passée le 4 décembre toujours pas reçue à ce jour (30 janvier) et impossible de prendre contact -> au moment de l'envoi du formulaire ("Contactez-nous"), toujours le même message d'erreur : "Une erreur s’est produite lors de l’envoi de votre message. Veuillez essayer à nouveau plus tard."

Partner bought me earrings and necklace for Christmas. Just noticed last night the necklace has TEN stones missing. For the price of the necklace and for how long i’ve had it is a disgrace. And been told can’t get a refund or exchange.. shocking. This is the first and last we will be buying from Vivienne Westwood unfortunately. Seems we aren’t the only ones not happy with the quality or service. Avoid avoid avoid !!!

0 stars !!? as im sure youve seen, the customer service is awful, reached out on email once, no reply. then again and every email is 5 days+ apart. I ordered a ring and within a WEEK!!!! the gem fell out?? i never hit it against anything, messed with it, showered with it on etc. still waiting on any solution. rings out of stock so can’t even order a new one. for a luxury brand to last a week??? absolutely ridiculous! never will buy from again.

Commande passée le 27 novembre pour un collier. Retour de mail pour me dire que ma commande est bien validée, jusque la tout va bien.

Mais le temps passe est toujours pas de réception du colis et quand je vais sur mon compte ma commande est indiquée "en attente". Ne voyant toujours rien arriver j'essaye de les contacter via le formulaire sur leur site, après de multiples messages, aucunes réponses de leur part ! J'essaye donc par téléphone, on tombe sur un répondeur vous demandant de rappeler, chose que j'ai fait à de multiples reprises mais sans jamais avoir eu quelqu'un !! J'ai tenté de les contacter également via Facebook la aussi jamais eu de réponses !!

Et ce matin, après presque 2 mois sans aucunes nouvelles et je ne sais par quel miracle je reçois une réponse me disant que pour des problèmes "techniques" ma commande n'a pas été traitée et que donc celle ci est annulée !! Lunaire !!

Donc site a éviter !! Tout simplement lamentable !

PS: A préciser quand même, que la somme ne m'a jamais pas été débitée.

Ordine effettuato lunedì sera, martedì mattina già spedito con DHL e oggi (mercoledì) è stato consegnato.
Pacchetto in ottime condizioni e la collana è stupenda.

I ordered a Necklace, it is 11 Months old & has Broken. I E-Mailed them & was told to send over Order Number & Photos which I did. I have since E-Mailed 4 Times & No-One is getting back to me, very Frustrating.

UN SKETCH ! Des bijoux fantaisie revendus à des prix faramineux (collier en laiton & perles en verres à 145euros...) et un site à la navigation désagréable.
Je déconseille cette entreprise qui prend littéralement le client pour un PIGEON.

I bought my 15yo daughter a pair of earrings she had wanted for christmas, only to open the gift and see they were far too big and gawdy for her.
I started sending emails to their customer service requesting a return label on Dec 27th and had to send four email in total without any response. I finally ended up calling their customer service which also took three calls to get through. There was no mention that the earrings would not be accepted as a return, so I sent them back. I learned this morning, they would be returning them to me as they won't accept earrings for hygiene purposes. While no one wants returned under garments or bathing suits, the earrings argument is lost on me. Here's my issue:
1. They weren't worn.
2. Were fully tagged
3. If they had any concerns about hygiene, they could easily set them under some UV light or use any cleaning solution and would solve that issue.
So between the non-existent customer service and then their unwillingness to accept goods the customer does not want and were not what as expected, this has been a terrible customer experience.

Buyer beware - Viviennne Westwood does not respect their clients and makes you keep their products even when you don't want them.

Ordered a watch for delivery in 3-5 days. 8 days in I e mail them and get a computer generated response saying an agent would get back to me. No agent responded so 11 days in I e mail again, same response.
Today I phoned them I was given various responses from the agent who clearly had no knowledge of their systems or what customer service is about. I ask to speak to the manager, she isn't available and 20 minutes later I got more reasons. I was then offered a 20% discount if I reordered the watch, apparently their dispatch had cancelled the order my money had been refunded this morning after my first call. I asked if it would be delivered tomorrow and got the standard response of we aim to deliver in 3-5 day under normal circumstances and they would give a 12 month guarantee, I agreed I would re-order if they guaranteed delivery tomorrow. It was a gift for an 18th birthday that had been and gone. I've now ordered it with a well known jeweller with delivery tomorrow at no extra cost and a 2 year warranty. They wouldn't confirm anything in writing.

My god I wish I had read the reviews before handing over my money here!!! I love Vivienne Westwood but I'll only be buying vintage from now on, what a disgrace to her legacy their online service is. Order never sent, no updates, impossible to talk to anyone and zero response after weeks of trying!

Many of the people on here have suffered, from what I myself have now encountered as absolutely atrocious "customer service" (and I use that term loosely in this instance!) provided by Vivienne Westwood online.

I purchased 2 items a granny frame purse and orb necklace for my partner for Christmas.
Everything up until the point of opening the gifts was fine, the purchasing, the delivery even the goods themselves are good quality. Unfortunately there was a strap missing for the granny frame purse, - as these are meant to be high end goods I was very disappointed in this - but thought it would be rectified quickly (little did I know this would not be the case).

I contacted customer service on the day and received an automatic response back claiming that an agent would be in contact within 24hrs. It was the festive period so when I didn't hear within 24hrs I gave it a bit of flex as obviously things are a little slower around this time, but 5 days later and I still hadn't heard anything. I then contacted them again both, via email and phone this time, but this just rang out and went to an automatic recording stating "none of the customer service agents were currently available".

It is now 17 days later and I haven't heard a peep. I won't let this lie though, as when you purchase high end goods you expect the customer service after to match considering you are paying for premium goods.

To anyone reading these reviews DO NOT USE the online version of this company (I can't speak for the physical shops, which I would hope provide a much better service) if you want to have any semblance of decent customer service after you have purchased goods.

Wrong ring size sent. Can't return in store. If you buy something in store it's exchange only, even with a receipt ! Have called and sent numerous emails, no response. I agree with previous reviews, this company does not deserve your custom.
I won't be buying from VW again.

A few friends of my daughter had a whip round and bought her a ring for her 18th. It didn't fit and it took 4 months to get it exchanged due to complete lack of customer service. You cannot even exchange in store. The new one arrived in July. It cost £85 and was a gold ring (but over a silver base). She's barely worn it but it had tarnished very badly within 3 months and is unwearable. Wrote loads of emails and no response. Finally got through to them on the phone only to be told the silver has oxidised and basically told me to go away. Might as well have bought a knock off from Shein for a couple of quid!

This company has probably the worst customer service i have ever seen. It is impossible to get in contact with them. I have been waiting for a return label for nearly two months. Got Paypal involved and still waiting for my refund. Do not use viviennewestwood.com! They don't deserve customers.

Ware am 9.12.23 bestellt (mit Expresszuschlag!), bis heute nicht erhalten, es heißt immer noch "order in progress". Auf Anfragen kommt keine Antwort. Mit PayPal bezahlt, hoffentlich können wir das über den PayPal Käuferschutz regeln.

1. Aktualisierung: auf unsere wiederholte dringliche Reklamation bei Vivienne Westwood hin hat man uns eine DHL-Sendungsnummer mitgeteilt, aus der ersichtlich war, dass man für das Paket am 22.12.23 einen Zustellversuch unternommen hätte. Davon wurden weder wir (z.B. per Mail oder Karte im Briefkasten) noch Vivienne Westwood informiert. Wir haben vor einer Woche mit der DHL-Sendungsverfolgungsnummer eine neue Zustellung angefordert, die auch bestätigt wurde. Angekommen ist das Paket nicht. Von Seiten Vivienne Westwood hieß es vor weit über einer Woche, man würde nach dem Paket forschen, seitdem haben wir nichts mehr gehört, eine weitere Anfrage blieb unbeantwortet.
Fazit: Geld weg, Ware nie angekommen, Kundenservice unserer Erfahrung nach bei Vivienne Westwood und DHL bisher gleichermaßen unterirdisch.

2. Aktualisierung: DHL Express hat das Paket nicht gefunden, aber immerhin die Information, dass es offenbar an den Absender zurückgeschickt wurde. Allerdings nicht mit Express, sondern als normales Paket, und eine Trackingnummer kann man mir auch nicht sagen. Auch nicht, wann es zurückgeschickt wurde und ob es schon angekommen ist.

3. Letztes Update: Bei Vivienne Westwood hat man nun, über einen Monat nach dem geplanten Lieferdatum, auch herausgefunden, dass das Paket offenbar auf dem Rückweg ist und hat sofort die Rückerstattung des Kaufbetrags über PayPal in die Wege geleitet (immerhin!). Es bleibt leider bei der Überschrift "Ware nicht erhalten". Das nächste Mal bestellen wir so etwas auf Farfetch, da hat bisher immer alles funktioniert und die Ware wird im allgemeinen mit UPS versandt.
