Very bad app. Can’t watch a full soccer game. It’s constantly crashing or goes blurry

Unfortunately, this platform app is trash, worthless, and racist against black people. I wasted time in this app trying to find black people's movies and shows. Nothing for the blacks all white people.

I bought the VIX Premium Plan (No Ads) I pay all year round, I regret it, they lie if it is always giving ads at all times, and the Application on TV has many errors, it disconnects the system a lot, they do not have a service department. It does not work well in the USA, DO NOT BUY IT - Negative Cero ⭐️

VIX doesn´t allow users to unsubscribe. VIX is like what the musical group "The Eagles" say in their song "Hotel California": You are always welcome to sign in, but you will never be able to leave. As unsubscribe is not an option for VIX, I had to call my bank for them to put a stop on the recurrent charge, in order for VIX to not to be able to make charges to my bank account anymore. It´s amazing how voracious and cynical this company is.

Malisima, que rollo con las actuaciones, muy mala

I canceled my services and they’re still charging me money. They won’t refund my money and they laugh about it but I noticed I haven’t been the only one person they have done it to. Do you know that this company belongs to Univision such a big company committing fraud They cannot be trusted they’re not a reputable company

Estoy pagando Plan premium y me salen anuncio todavía en específico el de los inmigrantes en USA cuando la mayoría de los que vemos esta app aquí somos inmigrantes 😒en cuanto se acabe la novela que estoy viendo la dejo de pagar

Programming is great for spanish speaking people, but they are crooks when it comes to billing, charging credit cards in file without authorization and in my case, issuing a new membership without my concent, just because I used a different email to sign in by mistake.
They will not reimbursed for this mistake.

This “company” tried to steal $8.99 a month from my credit card account when I never even heard of them! I don’t know how to speak Spanish, so I’m sick of reading others’ comments that we all accidentally subscribed to them. They have done stolen from so many people! Pffft my bank customer service told me there is no Internet address or company from where the theft came from. I thought it might be through Apple or Amazon but there was nothing. Probably hackers.

It’s an absolutely horrible app. Come on Univision, you can do better than this! Charge more for the premium but make sure the pinche app works like Netflix or Prime. SMH. Makes me feel bad that my so-called Mexican professionals suck big time.

Everywhere is ads even when I paid for no ads

Haber contratado a Vix+ ha sido la peor decisión de streaming que he tomado en toda mi vida. Su marketing te vende una experiencia 'premium', 'sin interrupciones' y 'alta definición', ¡puras mentiras! La realidad es que la señal es patética. Se corta cada dos minutos, la calidad es pésima (parece que veo una transmisión de los años 90) y no importa si tienes fibra óptica de alta velocidad, el problema es de ellos, no de tu conexión.
Es frustrante ver cómo sus anuncios te muestran series perfectas y películas nítidas, solo para darte cuenta de que es una burla. Considero a Vix una estafa con una suscripción que no vale ni un céntimo. Si valoras tu tiempo y tu paciencia, aléjate de esta aplicación. No hay nada peor que pagar por un servicio que ni siquiera cumple lo básico: transmitir contenido sin fallos. ¡No se dejen engañar por sus falsas promesas!

Tengan mucho cuidado con vix son un fraude, prove su servicio y no le gusto y quice cancelar y el app no le dejo, y al finalizar el servicio se volvieron a cobrar pero de otra tarjeta que tenia registrada en google, ya habian intentado cobrarse en la tarjeta con oa que me subscribi, pero no pudieron y enviaron un correo de cancelacion, por falta de pago , resulta que 3 dias despues se cobraron a otra de oas tarjetas que tenia registrada en google, pero chequen bien es un fraude entre google y vix

Es una plataforma de streaming realmente mala, mucha publicidad, malas películas, poca oferta, es mejor pagar un poco más por Netflix, Disney, star, no vale la pena comprar una suscripción con ellos.

Constantly freezing, lagging, frame rate, slow down. i paid for no ads yet when i watch a soccer game i always get one ad in the beginning and since it crashes so much i have to open a new window to start streaming again and guess what have to watch the commercial again. Ironically the commercials don't buffer or lag just the game. They dont carry all the games in VIX and they dont even carry there own channels univision , tudn at all so games that are going out for free on t.v cannot be seen with paid membership to VIX + insane. It truly is the worst streaming service i have had, bypass this do not get.

La atención a clientes y solución de problemas en cuanto a pagos por terceros, realicé una compra de 1 año de premium y resulta que no se me reflejó, revisando se encontró que mi cuenta estaba retenida por IZZI, mi anterior proveedor de internet y quien me daba el servicio de VIX, al cancelar mi servicio ellos me ofrecen solo suspender temporalmente para probar con mi nuevo proveedor, les comento que sí, no hay problema y por esa decisión mi cuenta se vió comprometida, ahora que hago la compra vía Roku en mi cuenta VIX, que ahora es gratuita por lo que mencioné antes, VIX me dice que no se puede vincular mi pago hasta que IZZI libere mi cuenta, hablé con IZZI liberaron mi cuenta y seguía con el mismo problema, al final VIX me mandó con ROKU, que para validar mi pago, pago que me aparece en la plataforma como suscripción pagada. VIX tiene un pésimo servicio de atención a clientes.
