I Would highly recommend I myself got the rear blacked out taillights for my vw polo and they looked amazing I went back and ordered the headlights to go with they are both absolutely amazing, good quality and good on price. And any issues with it their customer service is 10/10 and was very helpful. My personal favourite feature about them is the dynamic indicators in my opinion they just look amazing. And overall made my car look so much better.

Ordered some tailights an the casing was damaged. Emailed went back an forth an let's just say customer support sucks wouldn't recommend buying from them. I'll have to see how long they last. They are also not plug an play the fitting was not molded to plug in had to make some changes to the fittings. Their mold is not correct for the f150.

I purchased some led headlights from Vland less than a year ago for my ford 150 and the driver side headlight outer LED light has dimmed down quite noticeably. So bad it’s embarrassing and I’m even considering putting my stock headlights back on. I contacted them directly and have been going back and forth providing them the QR code they requested and some pictures too. And just to be jerked around with the response “let me check with the factory and tell you the response tomorrow”. It’s been days with no response and still no resolution after a month of back and forth. These headlights were not cheap and for a company of this size not to resolve this immediately is frustrating. I’m disappointed that they aren’t standing behind their own product. I will no longer be doing any business with this company. So buyers beware!!

I ordered the wrong tail lights for my daughter's mini cooper. That was totally my fault, took one look at them and said nope those aren't right. It took 2 days for customer service to give me an address to send them back to. They said my refund would take a couple of days once they got the tracking number. Its been 2 weeks since I sent them back, 1 week since they received the package and the still haven't given me my return, the response I got was his guy needed to test them. They were never installed! They have no customer support phone number and are based out of the country. If you want to risk getting hosed make an order but chances are you'll run into the same issues I am right now. $200 less and nothing to show for it other than agitation and a bunch of emails from China saying wait a few days. If I could give no stars I would.

Bought a set of headlights for my Track hawk with clear indicators and they sent me the set with amber colour indicators which I didn’t buy, and they keep telling me it’s my fault that I bought the wrong ones which I didn’t and I have screenshots to prove it with the order number and they are timestamped, they are obviously not making the set with clear indicatorsany more and they are obviously just trying to get rid of all the sets with amber coloured indicators because they’re not making anymore of the set with clear indicators any more. Do not buy them because you have a big fight on your hands trying to get your money back when you want to return them even if they are in the box and weren’t touched.

I bought some taillights for my 2010 mustang that are a total hazard. Breaklights don't work properly. The blinkers don't come on when I'm stepping on the brakes and they just keep wanting videos to send to there factory. Stay far away from this Chinese company. ITS A HUGE SCAM !!

Purchased some headlights and they were faulty so emailed them to let them know and they said I can not return and refusing to give me a refund as they are no use to me

Second time that I'm buying with this company. Shipping is long but there is no problems ! very nice Headlights so far

ordered a pair of headlights for my frs & i never received updates on tracking or a working tracking number. reached out through email & they said my package was returned (which is very weird) & they would get back to me. a month & a half has gone by & i still have not received an update or my package. i’ve emailed vland support multiple times & even called & no response. i’m very upset & disappointed. this place is a joke.

Bought a set of Mustang taillights to find out they supplied me with US ones despite advertising as suitable for uk cars.
I finally managed to get them returned to them and they had the cheek to deduct £100 from my refund with no explanation! They were returned in perfect condition and as they were sent to me. This company is a total joke and I will just contact my bank to get my money back instead. Avoid purchasing from this misleading , rip off company!

Simply awful. Headlight housings are incredibly fragile plastic, the bulbs themselves have arrived broken. Replacements probably will be too. Unclear fitting instructions. No response from the sales team email address after a week, and no number to call. Continuous delays to dispatch goods. Not even going to bother wasting any more time on this company retrieving a refund for the broken parts.

Would give a 0 start if possible.
I purchased VLand Xenon upgrade kit for my Toyota 86, and within 2 weeks of fitting them, they stopped working. 1 side would turn on and the other side wouldn't work, and vice versa.
Tried contacting VLand Australia to no avail, no response, no customer support or service.
People beware. Do not purchase this product as they are cheap and nasty.

First set of headlamps the projector failed tried to get them to honor warranty they did not,ordered new set to get just the 1 side I needed just to get it with a broken lens. Tried to get them to honor warranty on it and got nada but run around. Zero rating buy American at least they understand the language I use

We ordered a set of headlights for our 2013 challenger, and they came in before a year was up. The left headlight stop moving and was defective and stopped showing high beans. So because it was within a year we get ahold of land for a new headline. And they tell me it's not really broken. So Vin, which we had the inspection sticker that we sent to them and show them. It was broken. We had a mechanic look at it and told me. Was the actual functioning in the headlight? That was wrong because there's a mirror that moves up-and-down to make it high in low beam that was in effective. So we ordered a new headlight from them because they said. They couldn't honor the warranty. We get it. It is cracked and they're trying to tell us. Now that it's an old headlight, we're passing off. As a brand new head like even though the box was damaged, the headlight was damaged. And they're saying it's our fault and they won't replace it. I wish I would have looked at reviews before I decided to purchase this because I would have went American. If I have one advice to you go americans spend the extra money and pay u s a product

Didn’t deliver my parcel, won’t respond to my emails. This was from there official eBay account. They just say contact the police. EBay won’t help even though it’s under the eBay money back guarantee! So yeah that’s great. £300 down and no luck of it being sorted. Scammers!! Also note they remove negative reviews/ won’t allow them to be posted!

I had a terrible experience with Vland US, and I feel obligated to warn others about their poor customer service and lack of accountability.

I purchased a set of headlights two months ago, and upon receiving them, I noticed that the adjustment mechanism on one of the headlights was broken, making it impossible to align properly. The issue has been confirmed by three professional mechanics, and I provided Vland with extensive evidence, including photos, videos, and the QR code from the product.

Despite the product being under warranty, they have refused to replace it. Instead, they keep giving me unhelpful suggestions like adjusting a screw that has already been turned countless times, without addressing the actual defect. Their responses are dismissive and show a complete lack of care for their customers.

For over a month, my car has been unusable because of their faulty product, and they continue to ignore my legitimate claim. This is unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid purchasing anything from Vland.

I have a 2010 Lexus ES350 that was backed into in a parking lot. Breaking the driver side headlight. Long story short, only the drivers side headlight was quoted to be replaced by insurance. That's when I went on a search to buy two new headlights so my car wouldn't have one new and one old.

I Stumbled upon VLAND and they seemed to have good deals. Shipping was fast and the headlights were well package.

I dropped off my headlights to the body shop repairing my car. Turns out they were the correct headlight body but the wrong wiring.

So, I reach out to VLANDs customer service (which is a joke) they admit to me Lexus said the wiring is incompatible with my car and I am responsible for paying shipping to return but before I am allowed to return them. I had to unpackage the headlights remove the protected film and said a ton of pictures from every angel. So VLAND could approve condition! I never opened the headlights they were still in the box!

Now I'm out 100 dollars for shipping the return and not holding my breath i actually get refund.

End of the day, Terrible customer service, horrible business. DO NOT BUY!!!

Absolutely shocking 5 months cheaply made headlights cost £500 have stopped working unable to get any response from VLAND horrendous!
