Absolutely shocking 5 months cheaply made headlights cost £500 have stopped working unable to get any response from VLAND horrendous!

Shocking service and product - AVOID.

Bought front and rear lights for VW Jetta. Being chinese there is no rear fog light and the front lights are useless as the bulbs vibrate when the fans on the back of them are on which is all the time.

I also got sent the demon eye lights which I did not know until I installed and they are not what I ordered, are illegal and an MOT failure. The LED bulbs are cheap rubbish and one feel apart and they are horrendous to install.

I WISH I had checked here first before buying. To make matters worse I scratched a lens when fittingo so unlikley they will refund me and apparently they are now on holida for the chinese new year. Magic.

DO NOT BUY FROM VLAND. My 17 year old son saved money to put headlights and tail lights in his 1st car, they arrived but unfortunately he ordered the incorrect lights. As soon as we took them out we realised they were wrong so put them straight back in the box and have been trying to return them. Finally after
3 weeks and about 20 emails they say the return approval was not approved! Then tells us to try selling them on Facebook marketplace to try and retrieve some of his money! How can they get away with this!? They weren't going to loose any money at all and we were going to pay postage, i am willing to take this further and hope that nobody else has to deal with this company. But what more do we expect buying products from China!

Reading these reviews, I feel lucky to have gotten a refund at all. I ordered headlights for my son’s car in late November for Christmas. They were delivered promptly without incident so I was initially happy. Fast forward to Christmas morning, in opening the box he noticed an 8 inch gap in the seal between the headlight body and lens on the driver’s light. Because of this gap, the clip at the top was not properly secured. I was disappointed in the quality. Worried about water/dirt ingress, I emailed immediately with a description of the issue and photos to request a replacement. Over the course of several days and multiple e-mails, they told me it wasn't an issue, that water “normally” would not get in (normally???), and that they never have this kind of feedback. I sensed I was getting the runaround, stumbled across this forum, then promptly began pursuing a refund instead of a replacement. My credit card company said I could file a claim, but I kept up with e-mailing Vland - almost daily for a bit - keeping careful documentation (photos, snips of their policy from their website) and saving everything. I also documented the times I tried calling the US Vland number on the box’s shipping label (it didn’t go through). They did actually respond via e-mail, but it's been exhausting and has moved at a snail's pace. I've had to prompt them for almost everything (including the return address and shipping label, which I actually got them to provide since it was a quality issue). In short, they provided a poor quality part and didn't seem very interested in customer satisfaction, but they did finally refund my money. I am wiser now, and will not order from this company ever again.

63 EMAILS!!! Much like others, I wish I found this before purchasing from this AWFUL company. My wife wanted new headlights and she liked the LED strip so I bought them. (Worst mistake). After receiving the lights we were excited because they look nice, but when I plugged them in they didn’t work. The LED strip worked fine but once the new housing was plugged into my car all of my headlights turned off even the ones not connected to the new assembly and the only thing on was the LED strip. I reached out to customer service letting them know what happened and that I would just like a refund because the product was faulty to which they said “show proof”. I sent videos and pictures via drop box to then get the response “quality bad I see no issue with your product” .. is the quality bad or you can’t see an issue??? I let them know I sent via drop box to make sure the quality was good to which their response was “buy a return label then” & then “you bought the wrong product we think you should buy a return label” I have been emailing back and forth for WEEKS and they just keep sending the same thing “we think you should buy a return label” Do not buy from this company. They will send you horrible quality products and then blame you for it and do everything in their power to not do anything for you. Absolute scam of a company.

Ordered headlights for my Jetta on October 8th and it's now December 28th and still no headlights. Have been given 4 different dates on when they should arrive. They are a scam and I highly recommend using a different supplier.

Vland sent headlights for our 2019 Mini Countryman and the DRLs don't not light uo, and the lock and unlock sequence also does not function. After contacting them numerous times, they wanted me to uninstall, pack them up, and pay to return them. I eventually went back to PayPal and opened a case. Once they found out about the case, they turned pretty nasty saying that they will not help at all unless I close that case. Yep, not going to do that. These people are rediculous. Do not buy these products.

I wish I had come here first. I got sucked into buying based on looks, features and price.
After first confirming fitment and compatibility they sent me lights with different connectors. HORRIBLE customer service. China based so they respond when they want on their time. I would never buy a thing from this company. $500 spent on poorly made product. Still waiting for a resolve but none in sight.

Complete waste of money, plug and play they aren't.
You need to be an auto electrician to fit them.
Impossible to adjust beam when they are fitted can't get at adjustment bolt !!!

Purchased a bumper light for the GT86, It came with incorrect connectors. Company has then refused to budge, even lying about their terms and conditions stating they do not accept refunds. Then when confronted with this fact stated I had not sent photos as requested, I pointed out a previous email where I had

Long story short, avoid at all cost. Or trade through 3rd party supplier such as iilumo who will actually do something about a problem

Vland? More like V-Scammed. If you're lucky enough to be reading these reviews unlike me before my purchase, BUYER BEWARE! Whatever accessory you buy, interior, exterior etc, it WILL fail on you and Vland WILL NOT be helping you in any way.

I purchased a combo kit of headlights and taillights (WITH A 1 Year WARRANTY*) for my f150 back in June 2024 ( 5 months ago). Two months later in September my drivers side main beam begins to phase in and out and noticeably change brightness. I of course email the support email about this with clear photo and video of the problem and explaining I had already double checked the installation and there were no problems there. Since then there has been just short of 30 emails back and forth between support with them pushing me to do one task to another, ( adjust this screw, take a picture of this QR code, readjust this part, etc) even to the point of telling me again to adjust screws when I had already sent them a video of me doing exactly that. Essentially they will string you along and along but never will you be receiving any actual help, compensation, discounts, or warrantied product.

Seriously I have begged and begged and even threatened filing a civil lawsuit. All I wanted was working headlights that I paid $750~ for. I've accepted that my money is lost and so now I'm going to make sure this scummy company loses AT LEAST that much in sales if not more. I hope they change there ways and see this review and maybe try to fix things but as I've said I did everything I can as a customer short of just suing them which I am still considering.

In short DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOUR PRODUCT WILL BREAK AND THEY WILL NOT HONOR YOUR WARRANTY. EVER.

If you happen to be a recent customer reading reviews after your purchase, I HIGHLY suggest you check with whatever card company you used to purchase and see if you can file a chargeback after seeing this. I would've but I was quite literally 2 days short.

If you somehow decide to continue with your purchase after reading these reviews... kiss your money goodbye lol.

Absolutely terrible. If you have any issue then you are on your own. They take 2-6 days to reply And the product is subpar. They look cool but are not quality controlled. There is a reason they don’t have reviews on their website. Don’t buy from them or you will just waste your money.

DRL not working, support always send message wait few days. I cant return, they dont want to send me return address. It's lottery to buy from them.

Ich habe mir VLAND Scheinwerfer für den Subaru BRZ/GT 86 2013 gekauft. Ich hatte ca. zwei wochen engen Kontakt mit dem chinesischen Support von VLAND, da diese momentan nicht lieferbar waren. Mir wurde schnell eine Lösung offeriert und die Scheinwerfer kamen schnell an. Leider bin ich aber mit der Qualität der Scheinwerfer und LED's nicht zufrieden. Ich habe sie 3 Wochen bis jetzt eingebaut und die LED's auf der Fahrerseite funktionieren schon nicht mehr... ich bin sehr entäuscht. Dann greife ich das nächste Mal lieber zu anderen aftermarket-Scheinwerfern.

What after sales service???

Easy to buy from, Ford Ranger headlights and taillights look great on vehicle when they first go on, but when the wiring gets faulty (maybe quality of soldering or wiring) they become a headache. What makes it worse is when you request information to fix the issue there is NO ONE to reply to the online website messages or emails about faults. Yet plenty of help when asking to purchase. Hmmmmm spending over $1100 aud gives you less after sales help then a 2 cent rock from the landscaping mob.

By far the worst company i’ve ever dealt with. Paid 690$ CAD. for rear lights, 2 Days after i ordered they sent out an email saying they are out of stock. And i have to pay 20$ to wait for the item i already bought. I told them absolutely not i won’t be paying for your mistake to wait for something i already paid for. (VLAND NO ONE IS PAYING TO WAIT FOR RESTOCK. IF ANYTHING YOU SHOULD PAY ME FOR WAITING) I want a refund. emailed them 2 days ago and still no answer. Avoid this company at all costs. Also forgot to mention Their customer support is terrible. 2 days to answer an email. Give me my money back!

Je commande des feux pour un F150 Raptors, ils arrivent sont très jolies seul problème sont trop petits pour l’emplacement originel de mon Ford. J’écris je leur explique ils me disent de renvoyer à mes frais car l’objet commandé est arrivé. Do NOT purchase from these people. One of the high beam lights never worked upon install. Notififed immediately. They responded and asked for pictures. I sent the pictures. Week later they said they were still waiting for response. Then they responded and asked for pictures of the packaging. I sent those. Weeks of waiting and my follow up they asked for pictures of lights again. I sent again. This cycle happened 4 times altogether over months. Their approach is to starve you out and have no intentions of actually providing customer support. They are so bad they will fail eventually. Very upset with all the energy I’ve wasted.

I ordered these very expensive headlights and when they arrived I immediately installed them, after I finished I noticed only one of them worked and I sent a email to the company about it. They said they sent a new bulb and I’ve been waiting for the last month for it to arrive. This product also has a LED feature which is a big reason why I bought these headlights! But they won’t connect to my phone to change the colors! I’ve had a terrible experience with this company as I paid HUNDREDS of dollers for headlights that don’t even work.

The tail lights I bought for my Lexus IS didn't fit well they rubbed against each other as I closed the trunk. I provided all the documentation and photos provided from a Lexus dealer that supported my claim that they the issue was in fact with the tail lights itself and were the wrong dimensions , yet they denied all my calims.

They simply said it was a technician error.

! Update:
I have opened a dispute with Paypal, provided all the photos and proofs from the dealer while installing the tail lights and they immediately refunded the whole ammount.

Very bad experience overall with the VLAND.
