Doesn’t work downloaded the app and just spins as if it’s loading saying checking for updates just useless. Would give 0 stars if could.

Doesn’t work anymore; no replacement app

My wife bought me this for my birthday. Lots of the videos didn't work, and 6 days later none of them worked as they stopped supporting it due to some excuse about tarrifs. If I could gives less than 1 star I would.

Excellent value at £9.99p. QR code worked perfectly to download the app. And the headset works perfectly with my Samsung Galaxy phone. It comes with 80 'experiences' on a wide variety of subjects. Oviously there are far more immersive VR headsets available, but at a much greater cost. As an intro to VR, this cannot be faulted, particularly at under a tenner.

Several emails and still no response. Absolutely terrible customer service and lack of support for these VR headsets. I checked spam as they suggested to others, nothing, yada, zilch, zero

Bought second hand for our grandson for Xmas 2024.. QR code doesn't work and neither does the unique code.... I've now emailed their support 3 times (getting an automated reply that they will be in touch) and to date zero.... No UK telephone I can find to try to speak to someone, tho looking at other reviews it doesn't appear they answer.... Any one any ideas?

Has anybody bought this and got the app to work..never worth the money.The head set is only enhancing the app which doesn't work on the Samsung android phone ,even though the makers say it does.I m only glad I bought this on Discount Dragon for £9.99 and not £63 as advertised on QVC!

Bought for daughter as part of Christmas gifts. We have followed all instructions, downloaded app, QR code scanned etc. Everything works fine until we choose a viewing option, at that point the option fails to load and the screen goes blank. Very frustrating and not to mention very disappointing for our daughter. Suggestion for vodiac team. Go back to the drawing board with your app and improve customer experience.

Was working well then stopped. I tried to get it back . It says that it doesn't now recognise my QR code. Apart from an initial response saying they had received my message and would send me a code I have had no furtherl contact from them, despite me chasing them. Terrible customer service

Bought as Xmas gift from qvc all working fine then stopped. Again scanned qr code and not recognised so now cannot use. Save your money DO NOT BUY.

Horrible, really cheap & nasty the experience was fun too begin with but you quickly get bored with what's on offer. When I first got it there was an interesting Fighter pilot VR experience which was fun, it took you out of the world. even in the real world once you've done a rollercoaster they're pretty much run of the mill, there are 6 different rollercoasters in different locations, seen 1 then you've experienced all it has to offer, disappointing the app will only run on current Mobile phones

Bought this from QVC as a present. I have uninstalled the app loads of times and re installed it still the same video unable to play messages. Have contacted the customer service several times they say they have not received my reply. They seem a total cowboy company would recommend people give them a wide berth. A RIP OFF

Thought it would be fun and love this sort of stuff. However, sadly it cannot be adjusted for those wearing glasses and that makes the vision quality very poor, at least for me. Not much I can do about it but it's a shame it's not been considered, or maybe this is a basic model. Other than that it's good, easy to use, and probably great for nonglass wearers.

Had always wanted one. I am quite techy but despite doing everything correctly I could not get it to start after I had properly set it up.I tried again later and the eye control did not work in fact nothing worked.Will be returning promptly.

Won't play anything keep getting error message
My phone is on their compatible list,my broadband is bt500 pure fibre ,I've deleted and reinstalled app 5 times , called their support number from 10 am to 3.pm today (Friday) rings out till voice message asks me to call between 9to 5 office hours! ,emailed them not heard back , I've a very unhappy child
