Absolute waste of time, downloaded the app on the 19th Dec 2022 , still waiting for it to work, spent the last 3 weeks being fobbed off by vodiac, shambles of a company with no customer service what so ever, don't buy, don't waste your time

Purchased as a gift for our son. Great product, simple to use and easy to setup with your smartphone. There’s a fantastic range of quality VR video experiences included - amazing given the comparatively low price it cost. Not only does my son love it but all the family who used it over Christmas thoroughly enjoyed the experiencing VR on it too. Great range of content, it certainly has something on there for everyone to enjoy. Would definitely recommend.

Useless product, QVC said it works with smartphones in certain parameters which mine did and also on Vodiac box packaging but doesn't. Product only works properly from their own list of compatible smartphones.
Then contacted Vodiac to buy a phone from their list that may work. Unacceptable and reporting to trading standards for false advertising. Don't but unless you check their site for compatibility which should be shown on outer packaging, and QVC should have provided this to avoid disappointment.
After reviewing your answer it seems not to check your list on outer packaging at all. Only all smart phones that fall in within these perimeters which mine did.
No where on outer packaging does it say only phones compatible with smart phones in our Web site, otherwise wouldn't have bought. False representation.

Got the Vodiac VR headset as a gift for Xmas from QVC. Tried to use on Boxing Day. Downloaded app and followed instructions which was easy enough. Once in the App, can select the video but once the video starts… video keeps stopping and buffering, or stops completely and kicks you out the app. Tried multiple attempts, different phones (same email account), deleted and re-downloaded the app etc… no luck. Not able to watch a full video, app is totally not working. The headset will be returned ASAP due to faulty phone software.

I wrote Vodiac about an issue after receiving my new V R headset. My phone would not fit, (the door would not close).Vodiac being professional got me to look and think, ok let's take the cover off the phone. Well imagine that and after having every chance to slam me. Thanks guys.

Disappointed that there are no games just videos

It’s a shame as the headset is well designed for the price but the software barely works. I had to keep deleting and reinstalling the app to get something to happen. Sometimes the circles show up, sometimes they don’t. The gyro sensor seems to be out of sync with the software. It’s going back to QVC

Purchased recently from QVC. There's a lot I could say about the registration process which resulted in me unwittingly ending up subscribing to a company that has somehow managed to infiltrate the QR code. So beware on that front. Had to get my credit card cancelled to avoid getting £24.99 a month taken out by this dodgy company (NOT Vodiac) Then when I finally downloaded the Vodiac app it just keeps crashing so you end up with a black screen. I uninstalled and installed several times, but not only does this problem persist- even if I DO manage to load an experience it just wobbles constantly. Unless Vodiac sort this issue, many customers will return the product for a refund, as I shall be doing. It's not fit for purpose.

Dinosaurs was a great hit with the grandchildren and the choices get family members queing to be involved.We love it!!

A fun selection of different experiences that allow you to get a taste of VR. very good overall for its price.

My kids love dinosaurs. They were mesmerised with the Dinosaur Safari movie. The 9/11 documentary in VR was very good. Great product.

The first one got lost in the post but Mark had another sent out the next day. My grandchildren love it looks like they shall all be getting one for Christmas. Also top class customer support.

Purchased for my Grandson ! Vodiac states lifetime use of VR video ,sorry to say only worked briefly . I have tried downloading app again still no use it seems to me to be unsupported with no customer service and I now own a £30 pair of goggles .This isn't a headset it relies on your smartphone to operate the video not all phones are compatible please check before buying .

Great idea but no matter what video I choose it won’t focus and it ended up giving me a headache from eye strain.

Is there any way to get it to focus? Who knows, customer service seems to be non existent. I guess this VR is for the bin

Received my headset very quickly. Images were all blurred and pixilated. I got in touch with customer services and was promised a replacement headset. As the area where the replacement headsets were was close to where I live, somebody made a special trip out to me to hand deliver it. Fantastic service and the new headset works a treat. Virtual reality within the realms of reality. Highly recommended.

Although there was a serious issue with the delivery courier, Vodiac sorted it out and it was received in full. Excellent quality and ideal for the grandchildren. Thank you to Mark and his team

Great range of experiences, decent quality and enjoyed a lot by the younger members of the family.

I wasn't expecting the Vodiac to impress me as much as it has! The videos are high quality, and well worth the price of the kit!

You get dozens of videos to watch, ranging from roller coasters to underwater adventures and more!

If you are interested in VR, but worried about the cost, this is a great way to get started for really cheap!
