A decent host. Offers high performance services... Great value for the price.

However, the past two weeks has been very rough. Maintenance work are all long overdued and takes days to complete. They only mention "hours" and that's already so bad, even minutes of downtime is something unpleasant... Imagine DAYS.

Another important thing to mention is that their servers have barely any DDoS protection, atleast from my experience. Good thing they don't easily null-route all the traffic like most hosts, but the attacks still affect the server's response time and latency. We've experienced 1Gbps attacks and there doesn't seem to be any DDoS mitigation.

One of the more reliable hosting services that I've used. I was referred to it by a friend, and I really enjoy it so far. I plan to use it to host Minecraft for the foreseeable future, because of its high quality, and would wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone who's looking for a good hositng, to pick this one.

When it comes to customer experience I doubt you'll find a better team. using his pterodactyl installs script was rather daunting for someone coming from a pure windows background and my hand was held the whole way.

I like a lot of installation script pterodactyl is good quality. I also like the approach of the creator willingness and the speed of updates and fixes is really at a very good level

Used this host for a website of mine. Support was amazing, shoutout to Thien. The hosting experience is also amazing, you're given a choice to use either cPanel or Plesk. The whole experience is worth the very economical $1.50/month price, which provides everything unlimited (other than storage and add-on domains) for free! Most hosts charge extra for bandwidth, email accounts, and subdomains... And if you are planning to host more than 3 domains, I recommend getting the $5/month package to host unlimited addon domains along with unlimited storage. Really well-designed discord server, and staff are also very professional.
