I am very thankful for the help getting my computer cleared of the viruses The people who fixed this problem are well aware of the problems and the solutions to these problems. An excellent job was done.

Vonetel is a fake support site. They use their customer's computers and their own computers to leave fake reviews on websites to look legitimate, as well as register their scammer business on the Better Business Bureau and leave their selves fake reviews to get a good rating. Also, they use the vast amounts of money they make scamming poor unsuspecting people to pay the BBB to be accredited. What is $45 a month when you make literally millions from scamming people each year?

Trust me, I am an onsite computer repair tech and deal with the aftermath of these scammers at least once a week. Vonetel is 100% a scam. Look at the address they use on their BBB listing. The person that lived there ended up going to jail for fraud. There is no business there, just a residential house that also was another scam business called Accent Payroll.

Matthew and Shawn were incredibly helpful, very patient with an older customer, explained details in easy to understand manner. I want to thank them so much and appreciate their help and instruction very much.

My computer got hit with a Trojan. I called MicroSoft and they said Vonetel would fix it. The cost for their service was $199.00. After I spoke with Vonetel they started the work but then they started saying I would need to buy a protection plan from them. We finally settled on about $1,000 for two years of service.
They did get rid of the Trojan and installed an annoying "Ad Blocker." Was I ripped off?

I was very skeptical when I first called this company. Matthew went out of his way to assure me and also walk me through steps to verify this company is in fact legit. I also verified this company with the BBB and they have an A+ rating. Matthew was very kind and knowledgeable and quickly worked to resolve my issue along with the tech Shawn.

I was hacked. My computer was locked. They solved the problem and sold me security.
