This was my second time breaking a zflip 6 screen after knocking my phone off a table. Within 6 months of the first one! I expected some kind of pushback just due to that fact. Not at all. Everything was handled so quickly it almost seemed impossible. It was about an hour after reporting the incident when I got an email confirming shipment of the replacement. Crazy. Can't ask for any more than that.

Well apparently I should have waited case I went to purchase Samsung care the next day and not only did they require I take the case off but then they reject the video I took for verification for the screen being off even though the imei is displayed on screen. Call customer Service who has me take yet another video and get this, they emailed me again 2 days later for ANOTHER VIDEO..... I've taken clear videos where fhe phone is clearly visible. This is insane and I hope this company really gets their act together. Samsung use a better company please

Servify provides terrible customer service and makes it impossible to file a complaint with a real human. When my Samsung Galaxy S25 battery health dropped to 50%, I visited the Samsung Experience Center in Frisco, Texas. After waiting 40 minutes, I was shown a useless graph claiming 100% internal cells, so no battery replacement. This is ridiculous: my phone went from charging every two days to barely one day. Servify denies obvious battery degradation and avoids accountability.

My experience with Servify (Samsung Care+) was poor and did not meet reasonable expectations for a premium device protection plan.
I filed a claim for a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and received a replacement that did not match my original specifications and arrived with visible physical damage. While I understand replacements may be remanufactured and color is subject to availability, sending a damaged unit reflects a serious lapse in quality control.
The only resolution offered was another remanufactured replacement with no guarantees regarding condition or specifications. A brand-new replacement or refund was not meaningfully offered, despite the circumstances.
Overall, the process felt inflexible and dismissive of legitimate concerns. For a flagship device and paid insurance plan, the level of service and quality assurance was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I intend to cancel my Samsung Care+ coverage.
