The product replacement arrived quickly…

The product replacement arrived quickly as well as extremely well packaged. My ability to make the return of my defective item was easier with the box and packaging the same as what was sent along with return label paid. More companies should handle warranty issues like this…100% good job Samsung

My device was ready within the expected…

My device was ready within the expected time frame. The delay I experienced was not the service department’s fault. The issue was related to linking the replacement parts to Samsung’s system, which caused the process to take longer than anticipated.

If it weren’t for that system issue, I would have had my phone back right on time. The service department itself did an excellent job with the repair. In fact, they replaced so many components that it essentially feels like I received a brand-new phone.

I appreciate the work the technicians did and their effort to resolve the issue despite the system difficulties.

Is worth every penny

Samsung Care+ is worth every penny so easy to file a claim and very fast. Nothing to complain about.

Read what you're signing up for definitely don't take anyone's word make sure you read the small print. The time it took to replace the product was ridiculous if you didn't have a refurbished product then it should have been replaced with the new product i shouldn't have had to wait 2 weeks

Initially the service was fine

Initially the service was fine. However a few weeks after my repair, my cover screen stopped working. I brought my phone to another unbreakifix location where they informed me that there is a bracket holding down the flex cable for this phone and he suspects they forgot to install they for me. When I called the location for my original repair, they said that there is no bracket for the flex cable and that there was nothing they could do for me.

service person was knowledgeable and facilitated everything submitting claim online was super easy. Servify approve work and parts super fast... all around everything was professional and expeditious.

Starting the claim went pretty great!

Starting the claim went pretty great!! The process was smooth and simple from start to finish. Had no difficulties with choosing and scheduling an appointment with the nearest location, and the experience with the technician was super great as well!! They called to confirm the appointment and once there, easy to check in my device, the technician let me know the estimated time and pickup went smoothly as well!
