The address had to be changed as it was being sent to me and it was a gift to someone in NH! I immediately sent an email and got a response immediately and the address was corrected!!! Now that’s what I call great customer service!!!

Customer service is great. Peter was top notch. Unfortunately, to start with there was confusion about waiting on details stated on the Shop app so I had to contact Voyage to confirm whether they needed more details from me, but it was them who needed more info from the manufacturer. So I sent an email to VoyagerLuggage and Peter cleared that up for me. Then he continued to update me on the processing and delivery of my carryon luggage. The luggage is an orchid color and looks beautiful. It appears well made and sturdy.

So, first time to the site, they offered a 15% discount for first time buyers. I sadly give them my email, get the discount code. There are no other terms and conditions in the email. Code doesn't work, stating that it is a valid code, but doesn't apply to my purchase (which was going to be my first time). I email them, and get back that the code probably doesn't apply to the luggage I am trying to buy, or the the luggage may otherwise be on sale. NONE of those conditions were in the offer. I'll obviously unsubscribe and purchase luggage elsewhere, but don't be fooled by them trying to get your email with an offer that can't be used.

These people/company are great! I made a mistake with the delivery address. They fixed it and continued to follow up to make sure I knew what was happening. Peter and customer service couldn’t have been better.

Great products, pricing, and great customer service. I ordered the wrong color by mistake and Peter was a big help in getting my return label and quickly processing the exchange. He also kept me updated along the way as items were received and shipped.

The carry-on that I received was exactly the carry-on that I had ordered. But I had to return it because, after I received it, I found that it was smaller than I had imagined it would be. As a result, I returned the item. Although the carry-on did not work out for me, my experience with Voyage in returning the carryon was excellent. Very professional and very effective communicating. I would definitely do business with Voyage again.

Spectacular experience with Voyageluggage. The product was extremely high quality and very competitively priced. Shipping was extremely quick. But what was truly outstanding was the customer service. Peter was extremely responsive and kind. He kept me updated about my order at every step and was genuinely focused on making my shopping experience easy and pleasant.

Peter helped with a return for an item that didn’t work out for me. He personally tracked the return getting shipped and follow up is to issue the refund the minute it arrived. Very professional and accommodating, like old school customer service where you know there is a real person with thoughts and understanding on the other end.
