VOYC implementation has been stress-free from the start. Building the scripts was simple, and I found the entire platform to be very user-friendly. For us, call listening has been a time-consuming process, and VOYC has provided a solution. The platform has enabled us to monitor more calls, alert management of potential vulnerable customers, and provide us with a detailed transcript of every conversation.
It provides accurate call grading against a fully customizable script.
Alerts that are triggered from keywords that are easily amendable.

The onboarding process has been seamless from start to finish. The team @ Voyc have provided clear guidance and support and the platform itself makes it incredibly easy to access the data and information that we need. Human co-pilot
I've been working with Voyc for over a year now, and I'm a big believer in the technology. You can set up robo-call auditors, which I know can work excellently for some firms. However I have found the best use is to set up the technology as a co-pilot for human call auditing, especially where the product or service is complicated or dynamic as with financial services. The nature of the transcription and the pace at which you can move around the portal means a human auditor outputs many times the workload they could achieve alone.
I also have a good experience whereby the product design team listened to feedback and made adjustments that suited our firm.

An innovative platform
I've been using Voyc for 2 years now. It's a truly innovative platform that has helped me to better understand agent compliance and identify coaching needs sooner.
The application is easy-to-use and has a large variety of features that can be deployed for QA tasks. Customer service has always been great, and any queries sent through their intercom system are always answered promptly.
There is a clear drive to continually improve the platform; the new feature request board is easy to use, and feedback is always encouraged and acknowledged - a sign that Voyc truly listens.
Great AI - easy interface
I use Voyc as part of my coaching and training role all the time. The use of the AI system is brilliant, it has made searching and highlighting key phrases easier.
The visual and layout is brilliant, being able to physically see "dead air" in a red block makes it stand out and makes it easier to identify highlight and address
