Item shipped late and order cancellation ignored
Item was shipped over a week late, despite promising 24-48 hour working day delivery and no mention of christmas closures online. When it hadn't arrived I contacted them to cancel the order as I had left the country, but they still shipped it anyway after I had contacted them. I had already left the country when the item had shipped and the product was delivered to an address I didn't reside at.
VSdent eventually provided a refund but only when I had managed to persuade the person who now lives at the address the product was shipped to late to return the product for me

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Danny never responds when all i want is to buy a scaler unit!
You need to address your staff members and customer service and you are missing out on business

Everything done with ease. The product I paid for was £11 but shipping was £10 odd which seems a bit silly considering it being such a small item. I essentially paid double for one item

AVOID. Stolen my money
I ordered a supply from them, upon arrival i no longer needed the item. The item was unopened and securely packaged as originally sold - basically untouched. I sent it back straight away and its been over a month and i still haven't received my refund. I have been emailing them consistently and had no response. AVOID

Excellent service. I bought two handpiece on a 3 for 2 deal but they forgot to send me the third one. I emailed them abt it and without question they sent me the third free one instantly
