I think what I appreciate the most from WagJag is their commitment to customer satisfaction. I have been with WagJag for a long time now and while every product you might order from them may not be perfect for you, they do their best to make it right. Sometimes an article of clothing might not be what was specified but then WagJag has always compensated me for it. Their customer service is excellent.

I have been a customer of WagJag for years. I am also a repeat customer of their meats and the deal on the Edgewater Park Lodge. The customer service, products, quality, delivery and prices and deals offered are consistently good quality. When problems have arisen, customer service comes up with remedies and are fast and efficient.

When we had an issue with a purchase the support team was amazing at getting it fixed immediately. Gave me confidence in knowing that Wagjag definitely puts the customer first.

Purchased a number of coupons for the special at Hibachi. The deal was great and the restaurant did not disappoint.

I love WagJag and have always had good experiences. My only complaint is I wish they could find a pick up location in Hamilton for meat and seafood orders. We live in Port Dover and the two locations they have for pick up are quite a distance for us to travel. I go to Etobicoke frequently so I do pick up at The Butcher Shoppe for meat. We love their variety of meat which has always been very good,

Mensha is the best. She goes beyond anyone to understand and help. We have had two occasions to talk to her and she excelled in her duties. Excellent work Mensha. Keep the good work up

Great deals that I haven't seen anywhere else.

There were no issues.
My problem was immediately taken
care of, unlike groupon, who will fight you for days yet knowing they're wrong.
Stick with Wagjag. The Best.

I have made a few purchases,good prices and all went well with delivery. Just wish there were local deals for Montreal restaurants, spas and activities

Love the frozen meat from wagjag. Great price and love the individual vacuumed pack. Great quality!

I have used this service many times ! But have recently had a problem where the product was not delivered, trying to resolve the issue seems to be problematic, I will see how they respond before making any further purchases … after contacting about problem they have now denied my product refund saying it was delivered… so beware
Update: item ordered was sent expedited delivery , I feel they made a good effort to fix the problem.

Have purchased products over a few years no complaints, quality good and consistent home delivery works well

The gloves I ordered came in the wrong size, 3 weeks after ordering. Then the manufacturer would not respond to my wagjag support agent so I got landed with store credit. Which took another 2 weeks

I am very happy with all the products and restaurant deals I have used in the past. I will continue to shop thru WagJag. I would have given them a 5 but the products take a long time to reach me. I do understand that they rely on the postal service and that is something they can't control. Keep up the good work WagJag ❤️❤️❤️

I heard WagJag is under new management, so I decided to start using them again. I really like supporting Canadian companies, especially since Groupon isn’t Canadian. Recently I saved 50% at one of our favourite Toronto restaurants and also found a great deal on a local spa for my wife. Both were excellent experiences and as a bonus I noticed they just launched a great loyalty program.

Used to purchase beef consistently for years. Used to be able to pick it up at several different UPS stores, then I was forced to go to the Penguin pickup, then that closed. It’s been several years now and WagJag has made no effort to find a new pickup location for the whole Niagara Region, huge market that they are shutting out on and we pay the price for it. At least go back to the UPS stores…

I have been a long time customer of WagJag and always had all my orders delivered promptly and as advertised, their customer service department is always available and efficient, I’ve referred a few of my friends and they too have been happy with all their orders.

Have bought WagJag products for a number of years and feel good about the price, quality and service provided.
