Dear Wakefit Team,
This email is regarding my order Wakefit Antho King Size Hydraulic Upholstered Bed (Order No: ORDER202508hLXtt7).
As you are aware, the delivery was originally scheduled for 18th August 2025. I am writing this on the 23rd August 2025, which means the order is already 5–6 days delayed. Despite my repeated follow-ups even before the scheduled date, no one from your team took any proactive action to ensure timely delivery.
On 21st August, after several calls, emails, and tweets, I finally received a response stating that “the order will be docketed within the next 48 hours.” However, even after that period, I only received a call from a representative whose behavior was arrogant, irresponsible, and dismissive. He was not interested in listening to my concerns and instead kept giving meaningless explanations.
This entire experience has left me feeling cheated and mentally harassed. For every escalation, all I receive from Wakefit are copy-paste replies like “we will come back to you in 24–48 hours”. To me, it seems 48 hours for Wakefit is treated as 48 seconds—no urgency, no accountability, and no real action.
It is extremely disappointing that your calling team, case managers, mailing team, and even social media team are all providing nothing but false assurances without resolving the matter. I have never experienced such pathetic customer service from any reputed brand.
I demand:
A clear and specific delivery date with proof that the product is dispatched.
An immediate explanation for the repeated delays and mismanagement.
Accountability from a responsible person (not generic 24–48 hour replies).
Please treat this as an urgent escalation. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be left with no option but to explore other avenues for resolution.

Please don't buy ANYTHING from these people. I purchased a convertible couch on Amazon and it came broken. Even though Amazon's policy clearly states return shipping for defective products was covered, this seller fought tooth and nail to get me to pay return shipping with NO guarantee they would refund my $300. Needless to say, I was ripped off even after trying to reason with this seller. This is not an isolated case, look at their reviews. Unfortunately this is common in the furniture business. These companies rip a bunch of people off, claim bankruptcy and open back up under another name. Stick with the big furniture names, pay a little more and don't be just another chump.
Unprofessional and unorganised dealings
Every delivery product was delayed, installation person was novice and I'll behaved. Some product got on hold without any reason. After repeated reminders the delivery date was send without any update about delivery. Very difficult to reach customer care to get problems resolved after full payment had to face harrassment and unnecessary delays.

I purchased the Indus Teak King Bed with Storage from Wakefit, and it was delivered on June 20, 2025. While the product itself looked fine overall, it had a minor issue, so I reached out to customer support. I was asked to share photos and videos, which I promptly did.
On June 24, a representative called and assured me that a carpenter would visit within 48 hours to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it’s now July 15, and no one has shown up. I have called multiple times, and every time I’m told that “someone will contact you within 24 hours.” But that never happens.
I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-up and accountability. The product may be decent, but the after-sales support is poor. I expected much better from a brand like Wakefit.

I can confirm, this is the worst company. They offer a 10-year warranty on mattresses, but don’t be fooled. With their terrible service, they won’t last 10 years. Avoid this brand at all costs, even if it’s free. They don’t deserve your money. Look for better alternatives.

I ordered a King size bed from Wakefit, and it was delivered on 22nd May 2025 with two damaged parts. Since then, it's been almost a month, and I’m still waiting for the replacements!
I’ve called their useless customer care 6-7 times, sent multiple emails, and escalated the issue – all for nothing. Every single time, they give the same scripted excuse: “It will be delivered in 48-72 hours.” Stop lying to your customers!
This is beyond frustrating. They clearly don't care once the payment is done. No action, no follow-up, no responsibility. Just false promises and zero professionalism.

Worst experience ever. Wakefit doesn’t just deliver late — they completely fail at communication, accountability, and basic customer respect.
We made full payment and were promised delivery by a specific date. It’s now June 17th, and we’ve been waiting since June 13th. The product is delayed by over 4 days, and we’ve received no update, no call, no tracking info, and absolutely no way to contact the logistics team.
We called Wakefit on June 13th — they asked us to wait 48 hours. Nothing happened. After that, they stopped taking calls entirely. No callbacks either.
Chat support? Useless. We were fed the same copy-paste lines every single day:
“Please wait till the end of the day.”
Every. Single. Day.
They gave us a ticket number that does absolutely nothing (2479008). When we asked about compensation for the delay and poor handling, they outright said, “We don’t provide any compensation.”
And here’s the best part — the chat agent finally said:
“Sure I will escalate the issue and request you to wait till end of the day for the product to be delivered. This would be my last resolution from my end.”
That’s it. They closed the conversation without resolution, update, or responsibility.
To top it all off, their logistics team falsely claimed they tried to call us — but there were no missed calls, no messages, and no real attempt. Just lies.
We stayed home and waited for 4+ days, wasting time, calling them, chasing chat agents — only to be ignored, dismissed, and fed false promises.
Wakefit is an example of how not to run a customer-facing business. They don’t value your time, your money, or your trust.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Wakefit is by far the most unprofessional and careless company I’ve ever dealt with. I placed an order on 28th May, and the delivery was promised for 6th June. At the last minute, they casually pushed it to 8th June, without even a proper explanation.
Since then, I’ve been chasing them daily, and all I hear is the same useless line: “We’ll update you by EOD.” Spoiler alert — they never update. It’s been nothing but lies, delays, and horrible customer service.
What’s worse? This is just the pre-delivery phase! Imagine what kind of nightmare it would be if you actually need to return the mattress during their so-called “100-night trial”. Don’t fall for it — it’s a marketing gimmick. Once they have your money, they’ll ghost you and make your life miserable.
Wakefit should be renamed to Fakefit — they’re fooling customers and providing third-class service. No respect for time, no responsibility, no transparency.
This company is a joke, and you’ll regret every minute spent dealing with them. Do yourself a favor — stay far away from Wakefit and choose a brand that actually delivers what it promises.
