Walcot House Reviews

We decided to try Walcot House for our curtain poles, finials, and holdbacks when looking for more cost effective options to dress 13 windows in our Georgian Old Rectory. Despite not having heard of them before, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality. The products turned out to be fantastic—sturdy, well-made, and easy to install. Even our curtain installer, who was initially skeptical, was impressed by how smoothly everything came together. We’re thrilled with our choice and highly recommend Walcot House for anyone looking for quality and affordability.

Curtain pole set much better quality for the same price than one ordered from a major retailer recently. Fast, efficient delivery.

Easy to order and delivered quickly a really top quality product.

Great quality products, worth the extra cost. Arrived quickly and properly packaged. I’ve used the company before and will continue to do so

Walcot House has never let me down. Alice recently again, made what seemed difficult and probably not possible, given the time for my deadline, a reality. She has helped me on a number of occasions, I cannot count. Sincerely, Thank You. I recommend Walcot House for their faultless service always and so importantly, for the quality and style of their poles. Hulya @ Pepperstitch Designs

Perfect response to an issue with a previously purchased finial!

speedy service - thank you

This is the second time we have traded with Walcot House, and as per the first time - which was also for a curtain pole - the whole online selection and ordering process was simplicity itself. Quality of the goods on offer from the company is excellent, and such are on sale at a good and fair price. We have no problem with highly recommending Walcot House to others.

Extremely helpful advice and excellent service delivered very quickly.

I needed some spare parts for a tracked curtain pole and although those specific parts are no longer being sold, Walcot House managed to source them for me. Friendly and efficient communication and speedy delivery.

Great customer service and beautifully designed, practical products.

I can always specify Walcot House curtain poles knowing that they will look stunning. It is great to have the cut to size option too.

Beautiful curtain pole delivered earlier than expected and packaged really well.

Beautiful poles and fantastic service. Alice was incredibly helpful when it came to ordering the curtain poles for our project. Advising us on what was achievable and ensuring we had all the components we required. We look forward to working with Walcot House again.

Great service, gorgeous product, speedy replis

We ordered a pole-kit and some additional fittings. Delivery of the order was exceptionally prompt and the quality of the items met all expectations. A minor issue we had with the compatibility of some of the additional fittings was dealt with professionally and quickly.

Excellent.

Very good quality pole ( it was made to order with our specific measurements) and fast delivery . Very pleased.
