DO NOT BUY FROM WALTER DIXXON. I cannot emphasize this enough, they are a scam! My story is too long but I will summarize like this: I ordered a jacket online, purchased fast shipping. Jacket never arrives. Eventually, almost a month later a jacket of absolute crap quality arrives... with a pair of scissors from the factory! I almost sliced my hand open, opening the packet! I put in a request to return the jacket and I have zero hope of recouping money from them so I put in a fraud alert with American Express and will go that route. Stay away... stay far away.

SCAM SCAM SCAM Wish I had read reviews before I placed an order for $211.48 Same - Said package was delivered to wrong address and will issue immediate refund. Nick has emailed over and over to wait for refund or confirm my card did not expire or get cancelled. A huge waste of time and scam company. Nick now emailed and said contact in 45 days if I don't see a refund. Have contacted the FTC for wire/mail fraud, the LA Fraud Department and my credit card company. I know they also bill under many different names. This is a huge scam company, DO NOT DO BUSINESS -you will pay and receive nothing. There is a thing called Karma, Nick Also fines and jail time for committing mass fraud to every single customer. Please contact every fraud authority regarding this scam company. I was billed under the name BUCCS3LLC I don't think they actually have any clothing whatsoever.

I can't believe i got duped. I've NEVER been duped before from online shopping. They sent it to a whole different city with no picture of the actual delivery. And here we are. I'm out 120.00 What a nightmare.

BEWARE! This company is a scam. Similar to others, the first order was "delivered" via FedEx to my city, but not to my address. The "customer service" representative said "We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience with your recent order, which was marked as delivered but hasn't reached you. Unfortunately, there is an ongoing technical issue between our third-party app and FedEx, and we're working diligently to resolve it."

They then sent a replacement, and the same thing happened. I have requested a refund as well as disputed the charge with my credit card company but I am not hopeful. AVOID!!!

Like alot of these reviews, I'd give a zero if I could. Made an order last week an noticed they never sent me a tracking number. Thought no big deal, since you could "track" on the site. Didn't update for a couple days on the site. Long enough to where it should've arrived in my state. Asked for a tracking number, which they promptly gave (from a guy named Nick). Went straight to FedEx. The package said it was delivered, with a picture...that wasn't my address. I tried to start a claim, but the address of the shipment didn't match my address. Just emailed their support to see if I can get a refund, but judging by the other reviews, I'm not hopeful. Avoid this site at all costs.
Update: managed to get my money back. They ghosted me until I disputed the transaction with my bank.
Also, seems like they changed their name again.
Beware of Walter Dixxon, WD Styles, Webster Douglas. Anything with a WD naming at this point. It'll always have that W/D logo.

This "company" is not real. It is an organised operation of hackers for stealing money and committing fraud.

They are illegally and illegitimately procuring shipping information for shipments of goods that do exist, but have no connection to them.

You will receive no goods, no refund, and your card provider may not give you a chargeback.

Do not try to buy anything from Walter dixxon. You will be robbed.

On my cc statement it’s a whole other site called palisades.com

would give a zero!! Total Scam. Never recieved order. tracking with FedEx shows wrong address and can't be tracked.Company stopped responding to emails regarding order. TOTAL SCUMBAG COMPANY

Scam website. Photos are all stolen from actual retailers, you can find them on Amazon for a third of the price. You will never receive anything you buy from walterdixxon.com

SCAM AVOID!!!!!! Same issue as others reported. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes (2 separate orders), got FEDEX tracking numbers, FEDEX website showed delivered, but never got the items. Nick from Walter Dixxon said they'd replace the items at no cost, but no further communication. After reading here, I'm not gonna wait any further and am disputing the charges with my CC and hope to get my money back. Good luck to me.

HUGE SCAM like everyone else I just had a similar issue where it's been delivered to a completely random address and they refuse to work with me.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY!! LOOK AT THE REVIEWS... IT HAPPENED TO ME TOO... THIS COMPANY TAKES YOUR MONEY AND THEN SENDS YOUR PACKAGES TO A "SO CALLED" ADDRESS THAT IS NOT YOURS! YOU GET A PICTURE THAT IT WAS DELIVERED WHEN IT CLEARLY NEVER DOES!! THIS IS A FRADULENT COMPANY THAT NEEDS TO BE STOPPED... NICK WILL SUGAR COAT ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING... BUYER BEWARE!!!

It sounds like I had a similar experience where I I placed my order. They sent me a fake tracking number and when they said it was delivered, I actually called FedEx to FedEx, replied that that was not the address. It’s almost like Walter Dixxon has somebody in FedEx (inside man) that sends them similar addresses (The tracking only shows your city) but some of the places that they were coming from, Walter Dixxon doesn’t even have offices there…so yeah, don’t buy from them.

I posted a recent review about Walter Dixxon regarding delivery orders. After I received a email from Nick I will receive my package today, I stayed at home waiting. WD sent me a new fedex tracking number and, when I check the number around 13:00 hours, was reported delivered at 12:29 and signined by someone.

I was in my apartment,and my building have cameras.

First-I did not received the package.

Second-The cameras don't show any fedex driver delivery inside and outside the building

Third-when I called fedex with the tracking number provided, my name and my address I was informed that number belongs to another person and another address.

This is the second time happened.

I gave then till Monday to deliver my package to my address I provide when I complete the purchase.

If I don't received, I have already a lawyer on standby to open a court case to Walter Dixxon.

Very bad business. Is nit something I like to do it but I recommend to stay away from this people

Scam company, supposedly delivered my products to an address other than mine. When trying to trace it Fed Ex doesn't have an address that matches yours so they can't open a case. For all I know the proof of delivery picture is fake. It's obviously not my house.

There was a request for more information. All I can say is that the product was shipped to an address that wasn’t mine. So I went to address it was supposedly shipped to, FedEx had a photo of their garage. I went to the persons house and they said they never received the package. Furthermore the last 4 digits of the credit card didn’t match my credit card. The order did show my physical address correctly. I’m told I will receive a refund. I haven’t seen that yet.

Don’t be fooled this business is fake. They say they are sending you a package, but they send it to the wrong address every time on purpose, to a different name. Fed ex verified this, that my name was on neither parcel sent to me.

To further indicate this is a scam, they don’t have a phone number that works, and also on your email confirmation for your purchase give you the wrong card number that you used so that it’s hard to go back and cancel your transaction if you don’t remember what card you bought it.

There’s no signs to me that this is a functioning real business, but otherwise an elaborate way to steal money.

Yes they said I would get my money back but I haven’t seen it. I ordered over a month ago.

The worst customer service, they care complete SCRAM!!!
They deliver your product to the wrong address, or they just give a fake tracking number. No refund or product.

Ordered suit jacket for my school graduation over 4 weeks ago. Was given a FedX tracking number but was not delivered to me here in Australia. Contacted FedX they advised me that the tracking number that had been given to me was not in my name, my address & was not listed with customs as being a suit jacket. Contacted Walter Dixxon via website support email (support@wdstyles). Was given another FedX live tracking number & same thing happened. HAVE NO PRODUCT OR REFUND!!!

Do not order from this company. You will not get your order or a refund. I have made multiple calls and sent multiple emails since the end of May. I had to cancel my order since I never received it, and have yet to get a refund,even though I have been notified that they will credit my account. I'm not even sure this is a real company.
8/31/2024 - I was asked by Walter Dixon to write more info on my review - Trustpilot gave me 3 days to respond - on a holiday weekend. I have better things to do than add more to my review, and given that I have spent entirely too much time already trying to get my money back with phone calls and emails, I did not rush to add more info or verify that what I am saying is true.
Now Walter Dixon can take my review off - nice move WD! Way to get back to a customer!!! I will be taking my complain to the FTC and the Attorney General of whatever state you claim to be headquartered.
