Walther Customer Service - The Worst
Walther customer service won't answer their phone, I set myself up for the "call back" service and my phone rings once and hangs up. The operator option goes straight to voicemail and the voice mailbox is full. I have not received any response from Walther...Their products, while wildly expensive, are good...Their customer service is nonexistent. I will never buy another Walther Firearm since I can't get any one from Customer Service to respond.

Their "Legendary Lifetime Warranty" is Legendary, just not in the way they pretend it is, as a matter of fact, it is useless when you have an issue and you ask them to stand behind it, and on top of refusing to honor it, they damaged my rifle as well, due to improper packaging before shipping it back to me without fixing anything. Conveniently for them, the customer service management is refusing to even reply to my emails, let alone address my concern, needless to say, I highly discourage anyone from buying any of their inferior products, there are much better competitors alternatives on the market with great customer support.

Walther is horrible when it comes to communications. The really need to look into their customer service their agent provide. I was lied to several times about my order and when it was “shipped”. Spending as much money on a gun that I need, I would think they were treat their customers better. I will not purchase again ‼️‼️‼️

Walther quality is terrible
Walther quality is terrible. I have used hundreds of different firearms over the years, but have never seen such junk as these recent Walthers. I own two new guns that have been pieced together with lots of roll pins and phillips head screw with threads for wood, not machine screw threads. It has caused pieces to strip out and fly off the gun. That is the kind of thing that could get you killed. Save your money and buy a good Smith & Wesson, Colt, Springfield, Sig, Ruger, or CZ that you can depend on. By the way, calling customer service was no help as they said they don't have parts and then demands met with wrong parts that won't work. They delayed just long enough to be outside of the money back guarantee.

So clearly they DO NOT stand behind their junk products, first and LAST purchase of any Walther crap.

I bought a Walther P 22Q pistol
I bought a Walther P 22Q pistol. It was brand new out of the box and took it out over the holidays to a range and shot it. It jammed at least two times out of each 10 round magazine. Very disappointed as you can imagine. Called the helpdesk and the best they could do was recommended me use a different
brand of ammo. I was using Winchester 22 long rifle. I would recommend not buying a Walther firearm.

Walther has horrible customer service
Walther has horrible customer service. I attempted to get the optic plate for my pdp by submitting one of their forms. I got an email back immediately saying that it has been processed and that I will receive it within 14-21 business days. After a month has passed, I decided to call in to check if it had been sent. When I call the number provided in my email all I got was an automated message saying that I could have Walther call me back when an operator was available. Thats exactly what I did yet I got no call back. I did this 4 times, it wasn't until the fifth time that I actually got a real person. I asked him if I could get an ETA on my package because it has been over a month. All he could tell me was that it had just recently been shipped out and will arrive shortly. The guy also sounded like he didn't care at all, I felt as if I were bothering him, very unprofessional. Walther has great firearms that have always been very reliable, but their customer service is awful, and I won't be purchasing another firearm from them again until this problem is fixed.
