Walther customer service won't answer their phone, I set myself up for the "call back" service and my phone rings once and hangs up. The operator option goes straight to voicemail and the voice mailbox is full. I have not received any response from Walther...Their products, while wildly expensive, are good...Their customer service is nonexistent. I will never buy another Walther Firearm since I can't get any one from Customer Service to respond.

I wanted to take this opportunity to express how much of a JOY it's been speaking with a gentleman by the name of Joy ( NO Gun, I mean Pun Intended! ) I really and truly appreciate the support I have been given through the answers to the many questions I had been asking about my first, recent handgun purchase. It has been rather refreshing to be able to have all my concerns be met with the insightful, precise, and courteous manner in which Joy displayed during our telephone conversation. He is a genuine asset to the company, and I feel that he should be cited for it. Keep up the GREAT work Joy!!! Thanks for the wonderful experience. SKD

Their "Legendary Lifetime Warranty" is Legendary, just not in the way they pretend it is, as a matter of fact, it is useless when you have an issue and you ask them to stand behind it, and on top of refusing to honor it, they damaged my rifle as well, due to improper packaging before shipping it back to me without fixing anything. Conveniently for them, the customer service management is refusing to even reply to my emails, let alone address my concern, needless to say, I highly discourage anyone from buying any of their inferior products, there are much better competitors alternatives on the market with great customer support.

Walther is horrible when it comes to communications. The really need to look into their customer service their agent provide. I was lied to several times about my order and when it was “shipped”. Spending as much money on a gun that I need, I would think they were treat their customers better. I will not purchase again ‼️‼️‼️

It took a bit of time to get a response but they did. I received my safe and wish it would have been the better one.

Walther quality is terrible. I have used hundreds of different firearms over the years, but have never seen such junk as these recent Walthers. I own two new guns that have been pieced together with lots of roll pins and phillips head screw with threads for wood, not machine screw threads. It has caused pieces to strip out and fly off the gun. That is the kind of thing that could get you killed. Save your money and buy a good Smith & Wesson, Colt, Springfield, Sig, Ruger, or CZ that you can depend on. By the way, calling customer service was no help as they said they don't have parts and then demands met with wrong parts that won't work. They delayed just long enough to be outside of the money back guarantee.

Filled out customer service form online TWICE regarding replacement backstraps for a Walther P99 .40 cal. These P.O.S. parts desintegrate and crumble, not due to misuse or chemicals used on gun. Hell I own other brands and their parts have never crumbled and desintegrated for any reason. Customer service NEVER even acknowledged reading my request, let alone answered me. So clearly they DO NOT stand behind their junk products, first and LAST purchase of any Walther crap.

Joy your representative is extremely polite and very professional. He is helpful and knowledgeable. Glad he was helping me.

I had an issue with a firearm that was purchased years ago. After contacting Walther, Paul had helped me figure out how to remedy the situation and professionally took care of it! I was able to go through the Warranty process easily and was efficiently compensated. Thanks again!

I had some questions about a promotion. The company got back to me quickly and answered my questions. I had heard good things about Walther's customer service and they went beyond my expectations!

I called with a question about warranty and Daniel Papp answered my many questions and provided expedited solutions. Daniel was just flat out excellent!!! I recommend Walther and if you have questions, Daniel Papp! Well done Daniel, thank you!

WALTHER ARMS EXCEEDED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS AND MORE. THEY REBUILT MY PISTOL AND STOOD BY THEIR COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE. I CAN SEE NO REASON TO BUY ANOTHER NAME WHEN WALTHER STANDS BY THEIR WARRANTY IN THIS MANNER.

I bought a Walther P 22Q pistol. It was brand new out of the box and took it out over the holidays to a range and shot it. It jammed at least two times out of each 10 round magazine. Very disappointed as you can imagine. Called the helpdesk and the best they could do was recommended me use a different
brand of ammo. I was using Winchester 22 long rifle. I would recommend not buying a Walther firearm.

Joy Sithinphom was very professional and helpful in addressing my issue He made sure it was handled and handled faster than I expected Hes an assett to your company I own several Walther firearms I will always ask for him to order parts

I am so very happy with my 9mm full size PDP, as well as every aspect of it from the creation to the options and all that goes into it.

Customer service is terrible they’re rude on the phone they don’t care your just some idiot to them I shoot uspsa and had nothing but good to say until I dealt with them I own six waltzers and I will now be selling all of them I will never do business again all because of they’re customer service please do yourself a favor and go with any other brand

Walther has horrible customer service. I attempted to get the optic plate for my pdp by submitting one of their forms. I got an email back immediately saying that it has been processed and that I will receive it within 14-21 business days. After a month has passed, I decided to call in to check if it had been sent. When I call the number provided in my email all I got was an automated message saying that I could have Walther call me back when an operator was available. Thats exactly what I did yet I got no call back. I did this 4 times, it wasn't until the fifth time that I actually got a real person. I asked him if I could get an ETA on my package because it has been over a month. All he could tell me was that it had just recently been shipped out and will arrive shortly. The guy also sounded like he didn't care at all, I felt as if I were bothering him, very unprofessional. Walther has great firearms that have always been very reliable, but their customer service is awful, and I won't be purchasing another firearm from them again until this problem is fixed.
