Our Warmflow installer, Alan (AG Heating, Dublin), could not have been more helpful from initial quote through to follow up questions. He explained everything in layman's terms and was very patient with us. The job was done in one day and his work was so neat. So far the new boiler is perfect and really hoping it will prove very efficient with our oil usage especially with current oil price hikes!!

I am an installer of oil boiler. These boilers are fantastic to install especially the pro range as come full plumbed just hook it up flow and return power and away you go saves hours of work. After sales are fantastic and quick if you have an issue

As engineers we have re-started to fit the WarmFlow oil boiler and we will not be changing supplier anytime soon, the Pro Boilers come with 10years warranty and have all the parts you need from inhibitor to the fire valve and also comes with a built in magna cleaner, saves time while installing and all parts are there in a bag ready to go. Also cheaper to buy than other company's but by far the best. Amazing company and lovely staff when you need to know some extra information about other products they have. The boilers are also A* rated and extremely efficient.

I've been installing Warmflow boilers for 19 years. The current range of Agentis boilers are equal to the other two main brand oil boilers. The Warmflow combi is better than the other brands. Its better designed, better made, more economical and easy to install and work on.
Warmflow ASHP are also excellent, so easy to install and very very customer friendly especially when installed with secondary controls.
Warranty are very helpful and friendly on the very rare occasions you need them.

I have full confidence in the product which was a Ground Source Heat Pump Cylinder and Buffer tank. Homeowner has never had the system working as efficient or warm with the previous system.

My experience with warmflow was really great. I was well informed with what needed to be done and there was always someone for advice. They helped me get my heating upgraded. You do need to source your own trades people.

This was the company that our plumber had used in the past. Great boiler and have had no problems with it.

I have been fitting Warmflow boilers now for around 8 months and I am very happy with them. There is alot of stigma relating to the brand from many years ago, when I was an apprentice (20+years) we fitted one and I was not overly taken by them and since then used another big oil boiler manufacturer. I was in a bit of a muddle last year needing an oil boiler for a specific job which my usual oil manufacturer would not give me warranty on if installed, I spoke to my Warmflow rep of whom I know very well and he sorted this for me and they were happy for me to use their boiler with my specific site requirements. I was shocked to see how much they had changed and this boiler is well built and very nicely laid out using quality parts and came in many different options to suit your needs. You can get a 5/10 year warranty if using a pro installer and in my honest opinion a very good company to deal with and should you be unlucky to encounter a problem somone is at hand to assist. I will be continuing to fit these boilers, cylinders and now heat pumps.

I feel a bit bad giving only 3 stars. In the main, I feel that my installer didn't listen to my requirements and perhaps I should have asked more questions upfront. My installer turned out to be a cowboy who tried to rip us off at every turn, none of this is Warmflow's responsibility. But I asked for an ASHP that could be configured and integrated into my home automation set up. I was assured it would. This was not true. The ASHP itself works just fine. It heats the house and the hot water. It is quiet and efficient to run. In addition, due to the poor quality installation I had to contact Warmflow support on several occasions. Each time they were pleasant, helpful and easy to deal with.
My biggest issue is with the front end. Both the panel on my wall and the app are not very user friendly. I would like to tweak the AT curve in response to real-life experience, I can't figure out how to do that. The app feels very unintuitive and under-developed.
If you've got a good installer who is going to set it all up for you and then you want to set and forget, then I think Warmflow would meet your needs. And I would be re-assured by the quality of customer support available. If, however, you want to tweak the ASHP post-install to try and truly optimise the efficiency of the unit, then this might not be the best choice. Nothing at all wrong with the product, but not the best fit for every user.

[EDIT] I note the comments provided by Warmlink, in particular, the mention of 3rd party front-ends. Would Warmlink be able to provide some examples of front ends that can work with the AS03-R290? It would be appreciated. Thanks
