I'm very happy with my wallpaper! I chose Herons sage. It goes perfectly with my little green Borington green paint. It was easy to apply to the walls and looks great!

Top class service and quality of product
I needed some tassel for an upholstery project; Warner House has a lovely collection and I was able to order samples before making a decision. The samples and my final order all arrived very quickly, well packaged and beautiful! I would definitely recommend this company and look forward to shopping with them again!

Mismatched Pattern
Ordered an additional roll as due to the huge pattern repeat ended up with less than needed to complete the job. The roll that came had a pattern that was at least 3mm different from the previous pattern meaning it just would never match up with the other paper, leaving us with a non matching pattern. You would think the printing process these days would be more accurate. No offer of assistance from Warner House. Disappointing and would hesitate to recommend or use again. Not a good customer service experience

As our wallpapering service is bespoke printed to order, batch variation does occur both in colour and pattern. If you decide to order separate rolls on separate dates, they will be printed at the time of order and variations may be apparent.
As stated on our website, we recommend ordering the full amount required for the job in one order to omit this issue occurring.
The most accurate way to estimate the correct amount of paper required is to use our online calculator which will allow for pattern matching without over-ordering.
if you would like to re-order 3 rolls to cover this space, we can offer you 10% discount on the fill order as a gesture of goodwill.

I ordered fabric which wasn’t dispatched until I phone to ask.
I ordered before the factory move but that was what was used as the excuse.
Eventually dispatched, with an apology but think I should have had a postage refund after waiting.

We apologise for the delay you've experienced on your order placed back in December. I can see that no postage was paid on this first order so we wouldn't be in a position to refund this unfortunately.
We did move all of our stock in December to a new warehouse. Now, all of our stock is held on site and is dispatched by our own warehouse team rather than externally though a third party. This should, in future eliminate any problems with delivery.
Once again, we apologise for the wait you have experienced on your order and hope it did not inconvenience you greatly. This is not the level of service we like to give and for that we are deeply sorry.
