Beautiful Roman blinds, wonderful quality. Did need to spend some time adjusting the cords on the back to make them hang symmetrically, but I was sent detailed instructions of how to do so.

Still waiting on cushions that we were told would be next day delivery over a week ago. Cannot contact via phone or email. Really poor service.

Excuse after excuse and I am still awaiting delivery of fabric. Now their telephone lines are not being answered nor are emails or contact forms. Warner House fabrics are supposedly associated with The Pure Edit, but they are uncontactable also.

Really poor experience with this company. First time I ordered some fabric so I could make a blind, they sent the fabric shorter than I had paid for meaning I couldn’t make the blind the correct size ! Had to organise to have it collected and then they resent the fabric correctly.
Second time I ordered a headboard, it is now 11 weeks later and I still have no dispatch date. They told me due to human error the fabric was never sent to the upholsters. I’ve chased multiple times (and asked if the £50 delivery fee could be waived given the substantial delay which they still haven’t agreed to.)

Fabric has taken a while to arrive. Their ‘specialist’ delivery company obviously decided they’d rather go him than deliver. I tracked it and it wasn’t that far away, then I got a message to say they couldn’t deliver.

First time ordering from Pure Edit. I followed their instructions on how to measure for a Roman blind, once received i realised the blind was 1cm more narrow than I had measured for and sent to them. When contacting them, they advised it was in the small print but not on their main how to measure for a blind page. I’m not sure why they would not also list this here. It’s unusual for a company to want customers to make expensive mistakes. I’m now left with a blind too narrow for my window after spending over £200.
Terrible . Customer service awful. Ordered in October and told they would be here by 17th December due to a delay . Then after trying to contact them for over two weeks I had to go to instagram to get a response . Terrible terrible service . Then they email me today to say they won’t be here for Christmas . Hopefully in the new year . Shocking service

I had to hold my nerve to order blinds online, but Pure Edit were very reassuring on the phone. The blinds were made within the time frame and they are absolutely gorgeous. Thank you so much for such a positive process.

I am hugely disappointed in this product. Not only did it take far longer than expected to arrive (with no updates from the company to keep me informed of the delay) but when it did arrive it was narrower than expected. Check the small print as they do make it narrower than the measurements (this isn’t that clear) but they also took off another 0.5cm which on a small blind looks odd. Customer service incredibly slow in getting back and no solution offered. Print is pretty but I wish I had never ordered. There is also no option for insurance on blind like other places such as next, blinds2go and blinds direct which have been far superior in quality and service.

I'm so disappointed with my overall experience.
I found some beautiful fabric to cover a footstool. As I only needed 1.5 metres I emailed to see if the postage would be less than £9.95 for such a small amount. This wasn't an option & so I didn't proceed with the order as the P & P added 20% to the overall cost which seemed excessive.
However, I did order a cushion cover. When it arrived the brand label was all crooked, with half of it caught up in the side seam, which made it look like a second, not first quality. I'm amazed that nobody noticed this, even as they wrapped it and posted it! I can only assume this is deemed acceptable quality?
I returned the cover, and then never heard anything from customer services.
After 15 days I returned from holiday with no explanation as to why sub-standard product was sent to me, but more importantly, no refund (despite the website stating a 5 day policy). When I contacted customer services I was told my return had been misplaced in the warehouse!
This has been such a disappointing experience on many levels - poor quality, coupled with lack of communication & a slow refund. Would not recommend.
