Never received my parcel. Emailed them about 10 times getting nothing back of them still haven’t had my money back.

Would not even give a star as no item has been received emailed to see where my item is keep saying it has been delivered but not received my item over 2 months don’t buy anything from this place just a rip off disgusting that people can do this to hard working people shame on you

Do NOT buy from this site you never receive your item and they don't get back yo you.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star. However on reading reviews it is all the same issue - no delivery of purchased goods. Awful, do not know how any company gets away with is!

I ordered a track suit and downloaded shop to track it but it didn't show any tracking and now says its been delivered..as the saying goes if its to good to be true then don't do it ..lesson learned

Ordered joggers and matching t-shirt, tracking says delivered - it never was. Sent multiple emails and had no reply. SCAM!!!!

Scammed me out of my purchase. Lied about delivery. Stopped replying to my concerns. Said it was delivered. 30 days later and says delivered. It hasn't.

I ordered a tracksuit on 21st September 2026. I have emailed 3 times with no response. I'm beginning to think I have been scammed. Please do not use this site.

Placed an order on 16th September. Item has not arrived. I have chased and they are not responding.
Very disappointing.
I want the items OR a full redund.

I ordered two tracksuits, paid in full, and received nothing. Despite waiting, my order was never delivered, and I received no satisfactory resolution. I contacted them they said it been delivered. I never received it .
Based on my experience, I believe this seller may be operating a scam. Check independent reviews before ordering. I do not recommend this shop. I believe this seller is a scammer based on my experience.
I trusted this shop with my hard\-earned money, but my experience left me feeling completely scammed, cheated, and disappointed.
This is absolutely unacceptable.People work hard for their money and should not have to worry about being taken advantage of by this online scammer.

Ordered a leisure tracksuit for my granddaughter September 9th and still have not received it. No answers

£80 paid, no goods received, repeated excuses and no proof of delivery

I ordered three clothing sets from Warrea at warrea.shop on 24 August 2026 and paid £80, including EXPEDITED delivery. As of 19 October, I have received none of my order and no refund.

I first contacted Warrea on 28 September. They told me the tracking showed my parcel had been delivered and suggested checking around my property and with family.

I explained that I have a parcel box, my neighbours have doorbell cameras, and nobody had accepted the parcel on my behalf. I asked when it had supposedly been delivered.

What followed was a series of almost identical replies saying they were contacting the courier, checking with the local station and waiting for an update. On 1 October, I explicitly asked who the carrier was. Their response still did not identify the delivery company.

The tracking supplied shows HHD and a “delivered” entry for my postcode. It does not show who supposedly delivered the parcel to my door or provide photographic evidence, a signature or an identifiable delivery location.

Meanwhile, the Shop app screenshots showed “Waiting for details”, and an attempt to manage the order produced an “Order not found” message.

I requested a replacement or refund and subsequently sent a formal complaint requesting a full refund to my original payment method. This remains unresolved.

I have now contacted ASDA Money to dispute the payment and supplied my receipt, screenshots and correspondence. They have said they will be in touch; reimbursement has not been confirmed.

What frustrates me most is the time spent chasing basic answers while Warrea CONTINUES advertising products for sale and poor unsuspecting buyers are parting with their money. Reassuring messages are no substitute for the goods I paid for, evidence of delivery or a refund.

Based on my experience, I would not order from Warrea again. I strongly recommend that prospective customers consider how this company has handled my missing order before spending their money.

Absolute disgrace of a company. My order never arrived and now there is no response from them. Absolute thief’s do not ever purchase from them.

Didn't receive my item emailed them said was in post over 3 weeks ago now ignoring emails 4 September ordered. So disgusting with company will never order again 28pd out off pocket

I feel scammed by this seller! My order never arrived. It has been almost 2 months. I downloaded the Shop app to track my package which luckily I screenshot immediately (using this now as a backup) they claimed that my order was delivered. Once I sent a mail to query where the order is and where was it delivered while I was home the whole time, the order history was deleted. Now I am chasing my payment through a third party. DO NOT BE SCAMMED! They are all over social media trapping the unknowns. This is a bandit website with a shiny interface!
