Amazing customer service

I recently had the most remarkable experience working with Warrior Willpower, a retailer for wellness equipment that truly exemplifies what outstanding customer service should be.

After purchasing an HBOT system from a reseller of Warrior Willpower equipment, I found myself in a difficult situation so I contacted the reseller and discovered their philosophy was clearly only focused on making a sale. The reseller fell significantly short when it came to post-purchase support. Seeking guidance, I reached out to Warrior Willpower, not expecting much, but hoping for some direction.

If I could score this lower I would a hbot system was ordered it has been 7 weeks and the shipment is still sitting in Kentucky 4 hours away from the destination customs will not release package until warrior willpower send proper documentation to ups I have sent literally 25 emails 75 messages to the AI bot on warrior willpower website.there is no contact phone number cant contact no one now we want our money back because they cant get the product to us this has been a nightmare macey pan needs to know how they operate

Horrendous support

The ordering process was easy and the equipment that I’ve received appears to be fairly high quality but the user experience has been the worst that I’ve ever had. I ordered the product on 11/30 and they advertised a 2-6 business day shipping time frame frame their factory in California which is a complete fabrication. I received the item on 12/11 and it came in 3 different packages but was missing the hoses to connect the plunge to the chiller. When you try to contact them their phone number doesn’t work, it’s text only and they only respond at the wee hours of the morning because they are obviously abroad. You would think getting some hoses and clamps would be a relatively painless process but they have to send those from China as well and are apparently using the pony express to get them here. It’s showing a delivery time frame of January 6-9th for the parts that I need to make the chiller work. So it’s going to be a month and a half before I can use the freaking chiller. They also advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee which is complete BS because they hide a 20% restocking fee in their fine print. So you spend 2k and lose $400 if you return the product which I’m still tempted to do just out of principal. At any rate, I hope someone read this review and dodges the bullet on purchasing from this organization. I’ve been trying to find someone in management to speak to but have been totally unsuccessful.

This was the worst customer experience that I can remember having! To top it all off I’m getting advertisements from them to get a new unit by Christmas, if you order now. Well they may send you a new unit, but if it’s missing anything then it will take another month for them to make it right.

It was fine for 5 moths and then it started to sound like a plane was taking off. They advertise 1 year warranty but they would not help until I told them I would write a review. They sent a new fan blade that I was to install. If you are not mechancialy inclined this is not a solution.

Great gift for elders

STAY AWAY FROM WARRIOR WILLPOWER - SCAM

I bought my ice bath before this company rebranded to Warrior Willpower from Spartan Ice Bath and had it a little over a year and only use it 3-4 times a week. I noticed before it reached a year old the water chiller would make really loud noises. I thought nothing of it the first couple of days since it was on and off. When I was replacing the filter one day after cleaning (cleaning and replacing filters is usually every 60-90 days. I tend to clean it every 5 weeks just to keep it nice and tidy) and started filling the tub back with water I noticed the water wasn't pumping consistently. I removed all the tubing again from the outlets and gave them a deeper clean and applied new plumbing tape again and tighten each washer on the tubing so everything was more secure. The water still did not flow consistently. I looked at some videos and ultimately saw the pump had to be replaced since it was a cheap knock off pump. To be honest, all the components in the chiller unit are all cheaply made yet you get pay an exorbitant amount of money for an investment to yourself you would think would last a solid couple of years.

Unfortunately, the story gets worse. They try to charge you to get the pump replaced, on top of that they make you pay shipping as well. I definitely did not want to give them any more money since their customer service was absolutely horrible and they only do e-mail support. Keep in mind this was before when they were Spartan Ice Bath, and changed their logo/name. I don't know what caused this but I believe it was due to the customer service and knock off products since I've seen Reddit posts about this, and members from Reddit stating their posts were deleted after leaving an honest review.

I ended up buying the same pump from Amazon and had a plumber come in to help me install it since I wanted to make sure it was done properly. After 40 minutes using electrical tape and proper plumbing products to keep the pump from leaking internally within the unit (it should have been properly made in the first place) and putting it back together the ice bath worked for about a week before it failed again. Clearly there are more than one defects with this chiller.

If you are having the same issues as me, I encourage you to open the chiller and see how the inside is poorly made. They charge you a premium for cheap products. I was paying so much money for ice a week, I wanted a more cost effective solution over time and I was hoping Warrior Willpower (formerly know as Spartan Ice Bath) would be a game changer. In the end this didn't last over a year. It was a constant battle after 7 months and it's just getting to the point I have to resort back to cold showers in the morning.

If you took the time to read this, long story short save yourself the headache and use your hard earned money elsewhere. The products used to make this does not meet the standards for the price you pay, especially since it's made overseas for an extremely cheaper price to manufacture on their behalf. I will have to see if I can salvage anything from this to make it worth it before I try another company, but I hope people do not buy from here and go through what I did. They will take their sweet time getting back to you and you will just be wasting your own time trying to get a replacement or refund.

Warranty Fraud: $2K Chiller From Shady Overseas Seller, No Live Help and Demands Customer Performs Dangerous Unlawful Electrical Wiring

In February 2025 I purchased a cold plunge chiller from Warrior Willpower. Within six months, the unit failed despite being covered under their advertised “1-year full warranty.” Since April 30th I have sent over 100 emails, texts, photos, and videos documenting the issue, but the company has refused to provide a proper remedy.

Instead of honoring their promise of repair or replacement at no hidden cost, they have repeatedly sent me electrical components to install myself. These repairs required licensed electrical work, which I am neither qualified nor legally permitted to perform, forcing me to hire a professional at my own expense. The unit remains defective, and their written commitment to replace it if the replacement pump failed has not been honored.

Warrior Willpower markets itself as a U.S. company but operates overseas (Bulgaria I've found), offering only email and text support with no escalation path. Their warranty policy does not disclose that labor is excluded or that customers must conduct hazardous electrical repairs. It also promises replacement if repair fails—terms they have refused to uphold.

This conduct is misleading, unsafe, and deceptive. I request that the company be investigated for failing to honor warranty obligations and for misrepresenting their business practices.

Warrior Will Power has been the worst…

Warrior Will Power has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I wish I had never purchased from them.

First, it took 5 weeks for my unit to arrive even though they promised delivery within 2 weeks. When it finally showed up, the problems began almost immediately. Within just 3 months, the wiring actually caught fire. Instead of standing by their warranty, the company offered me $200 to fix the wiring myself in exchange for a positive Trustpilot review. At the time, I didn’t realize how shady and unethical that was, but it’s clear now this company is more interested in covering up failures than taking responsibility.

Since then, their customer service has been completely unhelpful. Rather than repairing or replacing the defective unit they sold me, they’ve repeatedly tried to push me into buying a whole new unit. That is not customer support—it’s predatory business practice.

To make matters worse, I’m a military veteran who uses cold plunges to manage injuries I incurred in service. Because of this unreliable unit constantly breaking down, I’ve had to go months at a time without therapy, and now that the machine has finally failed completely, I’m left with nothing. This company does not care about veterans, their customers, or standing behind their products. I have an email paper trail to back this story up. I have already disputed the purchase with my bank for a defective product.
Between the false promises, dangerous product failure, and blatant attempts to buy fake reviews, Warrior Will Power has shown itself to be completely untrustworthy. Do not waste your time, money, or health with this company.

Bad faith company refusal to honor warranty on a 2k$ product

Solid Investment for My Recovery Routine

I've baught the the large ice bath for about 3 months now, and I would say that a pretty decent investment for me and happy with that purchase. Massively impacted my recovery routine. The product reached in good condition as i've expected. The chiller is cooling well and saves me the hassle of buying bags of ice. It reached on time in 5 days.

I have had issues with my pump 3…

I have had issues with my pump 3 different times now. Over it to be honest. Each time they have gotten my address wrong even though I asked (3 times prior most recently) to be sure to change it and they assured me yet no surprise they didnt. When its actually working its great. The customer service sucks and you’ll only get one response a day when trouble shooting. It has been frustrating to say the least. I have the 1-1/2 hp and to pay $2k + is pretty disappointing. Have had it since January. Its prolly worked for MAYBE half of the time since I have to keep getting parts to fix it

I spent $1800 on a chiller and have had…

I spent $1800 on a chiller and have had it a year. It was great for about 8 months. In the last four, I have had to trouble shoot issues with I assume China due to the time difference and only by email with ME completing all the diagnostics. I fixed it the first time after troubleshooting. The case has a ton of screws to disassemble to get into the machine. Now, I'm having issues again as it won't chill below 60 degrees. I will never purchase again. I agree they always get back to me but it is on their time zone and only by email and I don't want to repair this thing myself all the time. It has been in my garage and sheltered the entire ownership.

Buyer beware, false advertising

Firstly, "Warrior Willpower" is not the name of this company. The legal business entity behind this is not clearly presented on the site, without a matching business address for [whatever the name of] that entity. In my opinion from this experience, that alone is a big red flag that should lead you to not risk doing business here, particularly for items costing thousands of dollars. I sent an email requesting this info and they continued to withhold it in their response. This is not what safe, reputable businesses do.

I purchased their top-of-the-line 1.5 HP Wi-Fi chiller in May of '24, persuaded by the company's marketing claims on the website of a supposedly uniquely high-quality "military grade" product, that is "all-weather resilient," with "all-weather cooling," explicitly claiming you can "freely use it outside and don't have to cover it," and that due to this unique build quality you'll enjoy "long lasting durability in any environment" In short, these claims turned out to be blatant lies about their product. If you use it as they explicitly claimed, they later inform you post-purchase that it will fail and be damaged beyond repair.

The first 6 months, the chiller itself worked fine (other than being surprisingly loud and the Wi-Fi aspect never working). Out of nowhere, "James" from the company emailed me in December of '24 saying I must bring it inside out from potentially freezing temperatures (in Massachusetts) or the unit would become damaged from simply operating normally outside in the cold. It appeared that this message to me was prompted by other similar complaints. Naturally, I was furious. This is exactly what I bought it for: year-round outdoor use, as is the only setup suitable for my home. I unplugged and stored it indoors until the late spring when the overnight temp would no longer reach sub-32 degrees, missing about 5 months of daily use I purchased this for. I have perpetual and often severe joint pain. This was to be a new daily health regimen...not a sometimes, significantly limited-use chiller. I would not have purchased this chiller but for the company's false claims.

Once turned back on, it leaked everywhere. The pump had burst. From two months in a relatively mild late fall, early winter in the northeast.

They have since acknowledged via email that they know the language is misleading, yet over 7 months later they've still not removed those claims from the website, which to me indicates an ongoing intent to deceive potential customers.

I, and anyone else who has purchased this unit under these false pretenses, are victims of fraudulent inducement. I am resolved to make sure the company is held accountable for this conduct and help others avoid being similarly harmed. DO NOT PURCHASE

DO NOT PURCHASE. I was sent a hyperbaric chamber that does not work. Warrior Willpower customer service is AWFUL. They cannot be reached by phone, only by email. As a response to my complaint that the oxygen doesn't work, they sent me a video (set to music, no instructions) showing a technician taking apart the entire system? What? I bought a new product that doesn't work and they want me to take it apart and fix it? Without actual instructions? They then asked me to send them a video of the issue---the oxygen doesn't pump into the chamber and they want to see a video of oxygen not flowing? AND BONUS: They want me to pay $2000 to return their defective product. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered the product on July 18

I ordered the product on July 18, 2025. Their confirmation email said the product ships with 2-6 business days, but after almost 2 weeks, status on their website says, 'order ready'. They provide a USPS tracking number that USPS doesn't understand.

I emailed two days ago for a status and also submitted an inquiry via the form on their website. There's been no reply.

I doubt any of the 5 star reviews are real. There is no customer service phone number to call. There's a number for SMS only. It feels like this is a scam.
