We have used your service before and as previously Olly arrived within the time frame given, having given us a call beforehand to say when roughly he would be arriving. He worked efficiently and without making a mess. He diagnosed the problem and we discussed whether to have the heating element in our 10 year old washing machine replaced. He did not put us under any pressure to make a decision one way or the other. We decided to have the repair done and he had the necessary part with him. Excellent service again. We would recommend you to our friends and neighbours.

Ollie visited us today as our dishwasher hasn't been heating up as well as it had been.
He diagnosed that we needed a new thermostat and heating element.

Really pleased with the service we have received from Wash Tech Repairs. Over the years we have used the 4 times for various domestic appliances. Each time they were easy to contact and set up an appointment, the engineer arrived on time and carried the appropriate parts. The engineer also gave us advice on how to avoid problems in the future. Great service.

Amazing service. Logged a request on the website at 10pm about our faulty washing machine and had an email first thing the next day confirming someone would be with us between 12-5pm and a very pleasant and professional technician turned up around 12pm, detected the issue and installed a new pump all within 15 mins.
Never known service like it!

Ollie came and fixed my washing machine after it had been incorrectly installed by another tradesman. Then he replaced the rubber trim on the oven and dishwasher doors. It might seem pricey, but he clearly knew his stuff and I just wish I had used them in the first instance.

Problem quickly found and rectified. Replaced plug and wall socket.

Efficient, polite and very professional. Came in the 12.00-17.00 slot and called 30 mins before arrival. Replacement part was in stock on the van so my Rangemaster oven was fixed within 30 mins. Would definitely recommend and use them again as the call out was cheaper than the repair company recommended by Rangemaster and they said they would only charge for the part if a return visit was required because a part was not in stock.

Polite , super efficient, 1/3 of price of Miele call out charge so thought I’d give them a go . Super impressed . Would 100% recommend washtec. Thank you for an excellent service .

I first used this company a year ago when my Neff warming drawer stopped working. They identified the problem over the phone and carried out the repair very quickly as they stocked the required part . When my Neff oven stopped working recently I called them on a Saturday morning and Ian arranged to come on the Monday morning with a new heating element. He and all his staff are , friendly , helpful and above all,efficient.
We decided to replace our ancient fridge and freezer and Ian matched the price I was going to pay at another store so we placed the order and Ian delivered them both the following week . He took great care manoeuvring the large appliances through the house and it has been a pleasure to deal with this company.

Fantastic service provided by the WashTech team! Ben booked me in straight away and Ian the engineer was fantastic. Parts came very quickly for the repair job and they managed to fit me in before Christmas! Very grateful for such a speedy and professional service. I will be recommending to friends and family.

Found the company on Google and a phone call got me booked in for a replacement door seal. Technician sent a message the day before to advise when he was going to arrive. He arrived on time and the job was sorted very quickly and without any drama. Perfect !
