Called Washtec first thing had an engineer out to us by 1.30 same day. Explained problem he checked the internals of the dishwasher then the drain and to my embarrassment he found a mini fat berg blocking the outlet. He cleaned it all out tested machine and we were back up and running in 30 mins. Very courteous man and you can’t ask for better service.

Very Impressed! Massive thanks to Wash-tech. An appointment to repair our Dishwasher was arranged easily, and only a few days later. Unfortunately, I had to re-arrange this at reasonably short notice, but this was sorted with no issue. As promised the engineer phoned prior to arrival and arrived promptly. The fault was diagnosed, but unfortunately a further issue with the machine was obvious on inspection, which put the unit beyond repair. The engineer advised us on replacements and that Wash-tech could help with supplying a new unit but no pressure sales at all. We compared elsewhere for a new unit, but Wash-Tech came out on top cheaper than the big names, so a quick call back to the office and replacement was sorted.
It's not just a good price though but great service as well. The new dishwasher was delivered and installed the following morning by yet another helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable engineer.
Honestly a pleasure to deal with everyone at Wash Tech, and everything was exactly as they said it would be, a refreshing change from dealing with a lot of companies.
I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, and next time I need a new appliance or repairs I know who I'll be calling.

Fault on our 11 year old Neff dishwasher reported Mon at 11am ish. Call answered promptly
Engineer visit booked for next day between 1200 and 1700.
Alfie called 20 mins before arrival, as stated. He fixed the problem and recommended how to avoid recurring.

Great service - prior to calling wash-tech, other electricians had said they wouldn't even bother looking at the oven, just replace it. Wash-tech's approach was very different as they were confident they could mend it. I liked the "repair not replace" ethos. Efficient diagnosis of the problem and he swiftly mended it and my oven is back working. I'm delighted. Thank you for a great service. Hopefully my oven will now be fine, but I will know who to call if not. Would definitely recommend.

Great service, straight through to a human being on a weekend unlike many other companies. Supportive and helpful. Engineer was booked and rang ahead to say he was coming. Super tidy and efficient. Clear charges and worth every penny. Would definitely use again and recommend

I was quoted a fixed price for the visit plus any parts required. Oliver phoned me half an hour before his arrival and quickly ascertained the problem by asking me the right questions as to what had happened before the machine broke down. As well as fixing the problem he had a good look at the machine and advised on its condition and tips on how to ensure the washing machine remains in good repair. Top tip for me - use the detergent compartment rather than throwing the capsule directly into the drum of the machine as the plastic can have a tendency to clog up the drum causing damage over time and can sometimes not dissolve properly. (I have noticed that happening several times). Just snip off the plastic and pour into the detergent compartment at the top. Simples. My 3 year old grandson had been listening to the conversation and he said 'What a nice man'. Many thanks Oliver!!

Excellent service from Alfie this morning. I rang yesterday because both my Miele tumble dryers weren't working properly. Becky booked me in within 24 hours so I wasn't left without a dryer for weeks....Thank you very much for a great service....!
