Our Washing machine failed on a Sunday. When we contacted the supplier they gave us a 3 week resolution timeline, which was problematic.
I found Wash Tech online and they accepted the job and turned up on the Tuesday.
The technician, Sophie, arrived on time and fixed the issue quickly and at a reasonable price. Sophie was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend this company for fixing white goods.

We have used Washtec previously for washing machine issues so when the oven went kaput sent them an online enquiry. Prompt response and quote, same day visit and repair on first visit. Highly recommended

I found wash tech via google search. They responded quickly and arranged Oliver the engineer to attend. He was very professional and informative and obviously knew what he was doing. Olive arranged new parts and booked in for further appointment. Highly recommended

*Don’t waste your money with Washtech* The technician arrived and quickly FaceTimed a college because he didn’t know what was wrong with my Miele washing machine (alarm bells ringing) The college he FaceTimed Diagnosed the electronic was needed and then the engineer was more interested in selling me a Bosch rather than repairing my Miele. I explained I wanted it repaired but then he insisted on taking the machine away because the equipment to programme the electronic costs £15,000 which they use in the workshop (this is a lie) Miele have since confirmed only Miele engineers and approved partners (washtech are not approved partners) have this equipment which they carry with them and it’s a simple connection via a laptop! £107.94 wasted! My advise would be to pay a little extra and call Miele or the Miele approved partner.

Excellent service from Wash Tech , even though my dishwasher behaved perfectly, when the engineer arrived, he still took the time to try it several times and gave me tips on usage etc. He was very knowledgable & courteous. Highly recommend Wash Tech

A fantastic service, excellent knowledge and workmen’s ship. We have used wash tech repairs for both our Bosch dishwasher and Miele washing machine. Prompt service, polite and extremely helpful, giving handy tips and teaching how to use the machines correctly !!
They are now my go to service and would highly recommend.

Ollie arrived on time. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He ordered the part we needed and contacted us to book a date to repair or washing machine. He fitted the replacement part and also advised us of a more effective way of using our machine.
He also advised us regarding our dishwasher.
A very knowledgeable person who was willing to share his knowledge for our better good.

Excellent service from the company and from the agent Oliver. Prompt response to communications. Our 18 year old microwave and hob were diagnosed and found not to be economical to repair, and it was carefully explained how and why this was so. Oliver measured up carefully and explained the choices for new models and when they arrived he came on a Saturday morning to do a quick, neat installation, and explanation of the new models. He was very careful to wear mask and gloves and keep social distance. Highly recommended.

My washing machine completely stopped working, so I called Washtech and was called back by Ian, who took me through a number of trouble-shooting steps on the phone. Not things I would have known how to do myself, and it got the machine working again, at no cost to me. Excellent customer service and I would definitely call them again in future.
