got in touch with company spoke to Nathan really helpful he explained the whole thing. sent my watch off got a call to say he had received and what it need . he gave me a great price. just got it back and its fabulouso.

I received a call from Nathan just hours after emailing Watch Hub. He explained how things worked and then emailed me the details. I sent my watch by tracked delivery and they called me back the next day to let me know they had received it and what would happen next. The next day they called again to tell me everything was sorted and the watch arrived the next day. A really quick turnaround, very professional, open & honest and friendly. They managed to fix something a high street jeweller failed to do and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic job these guys did for my Tag watch .Super quick turnaround and excellent communications through out the whole process .Informed me of any issues and gave options to choose ,no pressure up selling and the end result is my watch looking like it has just come out of the box .I will,definitely use again and recommend anyone to give these guys a go you will not be disappointed .And thank you for replacing the blue tape for the gold tape on the clasp my wife rolled her eyes 👀 and laughed 👌.

Had a new battery and clean of an expensive Rado watch for significantly less than Rado would charge me. Sending it off to Rado could take 3 months. Got mine back in “55 MINUTES” and it looked like new. Terrific service. Would thoroughly recommend them. 2 very pleasant chaps as well. Terry Stacey.

Had to leave another review for these guys. One of the watches that had a new capacitor fitted by Watch Hub a while back was unfortunately dropped on a hard floor by my wife. This caused the minute hand to fall off. I sent it to Watch Hub after Nathan quoted a provisional £49 for fixing it. The watch was repaired super quickly and was sent back in a few days. Great service and I appreciated the communication keeping me up to speed from Nathan and Steve.

Can’t fault Watch Hub! …really didn’t think they could repair my Casio edifice watch, with solar power. Casio quoted for a new blue tooth module and battery , watch hub challenged that and said it was something else. They were right, watch back looking like a new watch and working perfectly! Great faultless communication and good price. Thank you watch hub!

I found the Watch Hub . by internet seach. I needed my pride and joy watch repairing . It had just stopped working. My thoughts a quik battery change and sortted.
I was dualy infored it did not have a battery . They explained it was simalar to a battery but different as it stores voltage from daylight into this cell. to make it work correctly. They gave a sugested price to cover it. Cleaned all of it then returned looking new again . Well pleased

I have a casio G Shock that the battery needed replacing and after trying all my local jewellers that all said my watch was too much hassle to change battery so contacted watch hub who gave me a price for battery replacement, resealing and pressure testing. So i sent of my watch for replacement of battery etc, and had watch returned within 3 working days all done to a very high standard, they had even made the watch look brand new even though have had for over 15years with original battery.
Very highly reccomend them for repairs.

Absolutely superb company promt excellent service great value for money

I had a Molnija watch that had sentimental value to me and that got its crystal off when I bumped into a door accidentally. I was really sad since I did not know if I were going to be able to get it fixed. I contacted Watch-Hub via their contact form on their website and got a reply the next day asking me for pictures of the watch and damage. They came back to me immediately with a potential diagnosis/fix and estimated cost. Since I agreed with their proposal, they sent me instructions on how to ship the watch to them, which I did subsequently. The same day they received the watch, they contacted me to provide an updated diagnosis/fix and cost since the watch (being a refurbished one) did not have all the original settings and would require a different approach. I agreed with their proposal and paid for the service, and after a couple of days, I got my watch with me. It's been working perfectly. The crystal was attached perfectly. It looks brand new! The overall experience was pleasant and efficient. I cannot but wholeheartedly recommend them. They kept me informed via email and via phone, they were courteous and very professional. Excellent!!! I am thrilled with the work carried out on my watch. After I enquired about the service I was called by Steve who explained how the service worked. I wanted a new battery and a new leather strap. I was sent photos of strap options. Steve rang me when my watch arrived which was reassuring. He contacted me when the work was done. It was swiftly delivered back. And I am really pleased with the results. It is an expensive watch so I was nervous to start but I can recommend this service.

The service offered by this company is just top notch, I would be surprised if you could find anyone better. I sent them my watch last Saturday it arrived on Monday and I had a call within 20 minutes of its arrival. I agreed the work and price and was told it could be be up to 2 weeks depending on parts required. As it happened parts were in stock and the watch arrived back with with me today, Friday just 6 days, BRILLIANT!!

Simply dropped in to have my Tag Heuer serviced, valeted and a new battery fitted. The guys were really friendly, knowledgeable and pricing was spot on. An hour later - watch was collected and it looked just like it did the day I took it out of the box! Fully pressure tested, serviced - valeted and polished. Cracking service!
