The watch bandit straps are very mediocre. I’ve purchased lots of different aftermarket straps over the years and the WB straps are definitely at the lower end when it comes to quality.

Yes, they look decent enough and the price is quite low but it really is a case of you are getting what you are paying for here.

The pin buckle is absolutely garbage and is of the cheapest quality out there. The keepers are too small for the very soft and flimsy strap so actually tucking the end of the strap through the keepers is a challenge in itself.

An ok strap to fit to your watch for a week until you get bored and want a different look but I simply cannot see this strap lasting a long time.

It has been two weeks since I made an order for a number of straps and there is still no clarity on when the delivery will be made. Support has done little to no effort in explaining apart from blaming DHL for being slow and asked me to wait for one more week. Quite inadequate for an EU to EU delivery.

Update: After more than 3 weeks of waiting I never received the order and was offered a refund.

Have bought several straps from WB. Most recently a leather strap. Good price and quality. Their customer service responds quickly and always helps the customer with any problems. Will definitely shop there again.

A nice strap, but poor customer service and slow, expensive, delivery.

My strap took nearly two weeks to arrive, despite paying £6, nearly an additional 20% of the item value, for delivery. When it didn't seem to be moving via the tracking info I contacted WatchBandit who blamed it on Royal Mail and Brexit. The thing is, Royal Mail hadn't even recieved the item yet and I haven't noticed any shipping delays due to Brixit in years. It turned out that WB had simply used the cheapest and slowest delivery method despite charging a premium price. When the package arrive it was in a bag from customs advising that it had been damaged in transit before entering the UK, so WB's packaging is also poor. In the two weeks it took to arrive I had multiple, often significantly larger, parcels from independent sellers in the EU arrive much quicker, safely, and with free delivery.

I like the strap, but I really don't like the delivery or the way their customer service handled things.

Subsequently, I won't be buying anything from WatchBandit again.

Two years ago I bought two WB NATO straps and I still wear them without any major signs of use. Very good quality of workmanship and durability. I believe that WB NATO straps have an excellent value for money. I have currently purchased another 4 strips. two NATO straps and two leather straps. Just like the previous ones, they are characterized by excellent workmanship. WB fulfills orders in the EU very quickly and gives good prices for its belts.
I highly recommend it!

Da stimmt alles. Auf meine Fragen bekam ich sofort eine Antwort und noch eine Beratung dazu. Man merkt, hier sind Menschen am Werk, die an Uhren Freude haben und das was sie tun, tun sie mit großer Leidenschaft. Die Abwicklung nach dem Kauf war ebenfalls vorbildich und was das Wichtigste ist: Die Uhr macht mir viel Freude. Schön und sehr hochwertig und Dank es mir empfohlenen Zusatzarmbands, das ich dann gleich mitgeordert habe, ist sie noch vielseitiger einsetzbar! Also rundum eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung meinerseits.....

I had to ask for a refund on a Christmas present I'd bought for my son, as he'd asked for the wrong one! Customer service were just brilliant about it all the way along. No problems whatsoever, and very helpful about how to fill in the customs form when returning the watch strap. Refund arrived in full. Thanks so much.
