Good company great service reasonable prices.

My order was cancelled with no explanation. I emailed and inquired as to why and I didn’t get a response.

EDIT: I did contact support multiple times to figure out what happened and how to re-submit the payment but no one ever got back to me. I also called and no one answered. I understood that the payment failed bc it was flagged as spam but I couldn't reach anyone to help me re-process.

I've known Dimitri for about 7-8 years now. I started off by getting my first watch busted down by him (breitling super avenger), and over the years I've learned to appreciate the brutal honesty and knowledge Dimitiri possesses. He is my go to jeweller of choice. Keep in mind that I'm located in Vancouver, Canada and he's located in NY. I still choose to purchase my time pieces and have my custom jewellery made by Dimitiri.

Item was as described and in beautiful condition when received. Transaction was easy and shipment was timely. I will shop with them again.

I ended up canceling my order due to a misunderstanding of the description. However their customer service was very responsive at my concerns. I like businesses that treat customers as their priority. Because of this reason I still give them 5 stars.

I am very pleased with this company and I love my watch! Mary was absolutely wonderful to work with. I had a lot of questions before finally selecting my Rolex and she was so helpful every step of the way. She also gave me assurance because I was nervous buying over the internet. They expedited my delivery process and the watch is beautiful!
