Hello, the clock has arrived, I received it. Then I went abroad, the time I bought today, when I was getting off the plane, it broke exactly from the connection and fell to the ground, I was not satisfied at all, please, if there is a guarantee, I want it to be done.

I ordered this particular emporio Armani watch through a different company on 7th November which had a 7-14 day delivery! 25 days later, still no watch! So I cancelled the order and ordered from watch shop-Alex and recieved the watch literally within two days! Also it ended up being £20 cheaper! Very happy with my purchase - hope my partner is just as happy to open it on Christmas Day!

I must admit I’m a bit of a bargain hunter and if I’m buying anything I shop around online. Watchshop Alex delivered on every element. This website was the cheapest I could find on the internet for the watch I wanted, the item was dispatched promptly and well packaged. I used Trust Pilot to verify the website, as I bought during Black Friday and you can never be too careful with some websites!

No question it was an authentic piece either, as I own the white alternative and it was packaged exactly as that was but from another company. Would definitely shop here again if they have further watches I like - thank you 🙌

Bought a ladies Armani ceramic watch in November and wore it about 6 times, the last time was just sitting in a chair when the watch fell off. I saw that the pillar of the watch body housing the strap pin had sheared off rendering the watch useless. Tried a few times via e mail and the chat box to contact them but they did not reply. When I got a reply the asked for photos of the damage which I sent then they asked for more which I again sent. They said it looked like the damage was to the strap which is not covered by the guarantee. This was clearly wrong as the photos showed the pillar sheared of and nothing to do with the strap. I pointed this out and since then despite numerous e mails and chat messages they merely ignore me and refuse to address the issue. So beware they are quick to sell an item but customer after sales service is non existent.
