Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company.
I used this watch company as I can see they’re a small business. However, I never received a confirmation email. I’ve chased a number of times for an update on the watch as I paid special next day delivery to be told that they are expecting the watch in next week...2 weeks later still no watch! They now have the CHEEK to post the watch online for £149.99 when I paid £279 including special delivery!!!
It takes days for a reply, happy to take your money but won’t send you the watch or reply!

Don’t be put off by website and cheap prices - I wasn’t sure at first but is very genuine and amazing service.

We have actually replied to both of your emails, one on 14/11/2020 and one on 20/11/2020.
Can you please check your junk mail if you haven’t received the emails in your inbox.
This is what the email yesterday said:
“ Hello,
We are very sorry that only 1 of your watches were received - it seems that an error was made during packing.
We do have this model on order and is due to arrive in stock next week.
If you are not able to wait until next week we can either issue a refund for the item, or we can exchange it for a different model.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Pleased with the service.
On initial ordering the watch was out of stock. E-mailed for an estimated delivery date as the watch is a birthday present & required by a certain date. I was advised the watch would be back in stock & delivered in time as required. The watch arrived as promised & I’m very pleased with the service I received.
