This is my second posting. Still not received the Tissot watch ordered on 9 December. Cheaper watch received 24 December. 28 December received email confirming the correct watch was in stock and was being despatched and as a 15% discount promotion was running I would receive a refund.

Now 8 January and nothing has changed. Absolutely no contact since 28 December. Telephone goes straight to voicemail. Wish I had read Trust Pilot before using watchshoponline.

Addition. I am very sorry for the situation we put you in due to sending the wrong watch - we will be able to dispatch the correct watch as it is currently in stock.

ADDITION;
To quote from watchshoponline’s email to me dated 28 December 2019

”I have attached a returns form so you can return the watch to us and in the mean time we will send you the correct one.”

Recently purchased a Hugo boss watch for my sons Xmas present and ordered it from watch shop online the order was placed on Thursday 19/12/19 after which I received a reference no to confirm,
I then received an email to say it would be delivered on Christmas Eve by Royal Mail as I had chosen first class it arrived at 08.00 on Christmas Eve as promised and it will make my sons xmas the item is superb well done watchline and thank you for a great service,

I made a purchase on 11th December and the 7th day is today. No watch! Was told nothing can be done as its Royal Mail. They leave it to the last minute to despatch it and then take no responsibility when you dont get it. You were quick enough to take my money 9 days ago! I have now asked twice for a number to call a manager. Funny they are ignoring that. Stay away from this company. I truly believe that they are fraudulent. I will be disputing the payment. I have just posted on their facebook page and they have blocked me. I have asked for a refund and they have refused! I will get all my friends to post on social media so that other people are not robbed of their hard earned money.

I bought a watch on 6 Dec. Delivery time was 2-3 working days. I got an email week ago telling that my item is due to dispatch this week (was week ago) then another email that my item is going to be dispatch this Thursday and I should receive email with tracking. Still nothing. I feel like my item never arrive! Wasting money. Unprofessional! My order no is 0017169.

I’m still waiting for my husbands watch which I ordered on 6th December!!! As it was for our 50th Anniversary which was on the 13th - I’m now hoping it arrives before Xmas !!!

Received my watch this morning and am very happy with it!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Dreadful service, paid for a watch that never arrived. Was told by them that Royal Mail had lost it! How can that be if it’s sent 1st class signed for?
Then told a replacement had been sent. It hadn’t!
Full of excuses and do not deliver.
Says something when their auto response says that if you want a refund, to email back under the heading “Refund”
All I wanted was a wrist watch. Ended up with a bunch of wristers!

Beautiful high quality watch. Adjustments were not easy but once I contacted customer service, they helped me out immediately. Goldsmith shop is free of charge to fix the watch if purchased from watchshop which was very helpful instead of returning and waiting for a new one.

Fake do not use!!!

Landline number does not work for 3 years!!!!

And the most important thing is that they dont send your delivery!!!!!

Had to call my credit card company to get my money back!!!!

Hi I placed an order yesterday got no email confirmation and have gone to the contact us page and left My details yesterday it stated they were having high volumes or emails and a reply will be by end of the day however heard morning they number on the page I’ve tried to call and says this number is saying the person you are trying to reach is currently unavailable. I got the thank you for your order and my order reference on the web page after but nothing else- should I be worried or is this normal as I have never used this website before?

Got a hugo boss watch . Although it was late 1 day , when I email them I got a answer a few hours later . Product seems genuine , researched loads about fake watches and it had no signs at all being fake . So overall pleased with this site

i'm really suprised to see so many negative commenst for this company. I have ordered 8 different watches and each time i have had a timely delivery, great communication and item perfect. I was a little dubious on the authenticty when i first purchased as i had been monitoring the price in stores and online and never did it go lower than £399, i purchased it from Watchshoponline for £110! i went to the jewellers to query the authenticty and they confirmed it was genuine, i've never looked back!!

Ordered an Armani AR1421 ceramic watch…

Ordered an Armani AR1421 ceramic watch from this company and I am not best pleased with the service or the products. I ordered the watch on the 26 December 2016 and did not receive it until February. You would think they set my expectations and notify me of the delay. NO. I had to indeed chase them up. then came the watch falling apart first the badge on the face after 4 months and then the chip in the glass which was supposed to be strong but it wasn't. I actually doubt the authenticity of the watch. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago where I have sent them the watch to have a look at the watch was delivered the next day. have I heard from them to notify me of receipt. NO.

Again it is I the customer that has already parted with my money that has to chase them down to find out whats going on.

3 emails since I sent it and not a word. To say I am angry is an utter understatement. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from here even if they were giving their stuff away for free. Let's see how they plan to redeem themselves. It's going to take a lot as I am out of pocket money wise and the watch is in your possession.

I did look at reviews and tried to check that it was a real site, I was obviously wrong! Ordered a watch on 27th Dec 2017 and still haven’t received it! No response to emails and there are no other contact methods due to “Technical problems”. Gutted as it was a birthday present and I paid a lot of money for the watch! So sad that people continue to be scammed by them! Nothing being done about the site!

Before ordering I searched the reviews of this website online. And on a quick look it had a 98% excellence rating. I ordered my item on the 26.12.17...... it's now 02.02.18. I have received a tracking number through Royal Mail but this does nothing. It takes days to even get a response from these people. Don't go to these people at all !!!!!!! Absolute disgrace of a company. Other reviews say people have ordered a month before me and still have no tracking number. Totally unexceptable

Ordered 02.12.17 , never received until 16.01.18, totally unacceptable , zero communication from this rude company I had to constantly chase them for updates on my order , was given a meagre 10 percent discount , not worth the stress or disappointment ordering from this site , avoid at all costs !

DO NOT USE this company. They are trading of the back of the reputable watch shop. They are total cowboys. I would love to know how many disappointed people there have been as late. I placed an order on 27th dec for a watch for my sons 18th birthday, it said 10 day delivery. Today I emailed them as my sons birthday is rapidly approaching. They emailed to say they had more “unforeseen” circumstances beyond their control. They said it will not be here in time. When I complained they refunded my money. This will not give me time for funds to clear and to buy a replacement. I am very upset as I am sure my son will be. Total cowboys.

Purchased watch 25th Nov 2017 still not received mid December so tried to call number does not work, emailed and was told due to weather conditions would not be here before xmas requested a refund and heard nothing from them since. Scam site DO NOT purchase from them!!! Bank are now trying to reclaim my money poor hubby has no watch 😭

Very poor buying experience, I found the watch I was looking for on this site which in fairness was the cheapest around. I ordered the product 26th Nov from the website, which stated the item was in stock. After the money was deducted from my credit card and a week later with no despatch info, I contacted customer services via email to find out the item is not in stock and replenishment would be due approx. 11th Dec. I decided to cut my losses after wasting two weeks with these amateurs. Very poor customer service bordering on rude along with bad buying experience.
